I tried this last Saturday on Android and today on iPhone. Different methods for each

  • Install app from the play/app store, open the app and go through the usual welcome screens etc.
  • For android: open the side menu, at the top you should see a button that says "go premium" or similar, tap it and scroll down on the list of offers. You should see a button to redeem a code. Insert "BLACKPRO" and apply.
  • For iOS: Disable ad-blockers or similar that you may have active as the method requires watching an ad. Visit iteration-mobile.com/bf2…tml , open the link that says "ACTIVAR RADARBOT PRO", it should open the app and make you watch a 30 second ad that says it grants you PRO benefits for 24h but at the moment it's supposed to be lifetime (I imagine they didn't bother updating the app message and it's some sort of temporary override)

....or you could just stick to the legal limit - then you wouldn't an app at all?

I imagine you know your car so well that you always know when you are about to go over 20mph on a 20mph road? Even when slightly distracted. Even when not using your car speed limiter, if yours has such a feature.

That you also know all the roads, even those with deficient signing, and you know all their limits? Even when visiting places you have never been before?

Using these apps does not make you a reckless driver, I personally appreciate it a lot when going to new places.

You need Gold to use any of its features. Pro just disables the ads, CarPlay etc is not supported unless gold. You are better off using Waze, much better community support, worldwide and free!

Ah thanks. Disappointing then. It's carplay that I wanted.

Code working, but you still cant use it as the sat nav?
  4. FetishVoo's avatar
I just installed this to enter the code. The amount of stuff they collect and sell is ridiculous for a paid app

    Use code BLACKPRO
    Ahmedrizwankhan's avatar
    That worked. Cheers mate

BLACKPRO works on android but need gold for android auto.

I have a car without Android Auto so I just use my phone mounted on my windshield. I run Waze and will run this in the background for alerts (I have been using camsam plus until now but I find it a bit too noisy/annoying) (edited)
  7. clubuk's avatar
Don't work. All extra features must be gold
  8. chrishartley72's avatar
Waze all the way! And it's free!

I use Waze and this in the background. I like Waze (although lately it insists on taking me through suburb roads to save me 2 minutes) but I find annoying that it does not alert of speed cameras always. I believe it only does so if I'm at the speed limit or over.

    What's the code for ios?

No code needed, I just did this:

    • For iOS: Disable ad-blockers or similar that you may have active as the method requires watching an ad. Visit iteration-mobile.com/bf2…tml , open the link that says "ACTIVAR RADARBOT PRO", it should open the app and make you watch a 30 second ad that normally grants you PRO benefits for 24h but at the moment it's for lifetime

Pro Just gets rid of the adverts
Says i need gold for all features

or just use waze, which warns if you go over the limit and of camera and mobile van locations

changes to maps, road layouts, speed limits, camera positions appear within 48 hours of the actual change as the updates are community made. My road went from a 60 to a 40 and the day after it was 40 on waze, it was 9 months before an over the air update picked up the change on my car satnav.

you also get community notifications for mobile speed sites, police locations and accidents which can appear within 30 seconds
    Lambretta1985's avatar
but you can use both in combination!
waze doesn't detect all speed cameras, and it also doesn't beep if you go below the speed limit, and I want it to, so I usually use waze for nav and the other in the background.

24 hours only on iOS. Basically spyware. Uninstalled.
    ArcaneSim's avatar
It says that it will be forever, however notification might say that it’s only for 24 hours

I'm finding it impossible to log in, just a continuous loop of it asking me to register my email then open the sent link

Cannot help with that, sorry. I used the "log on with google" feature.
  14. OnTheHunt's avatar
On Android, I found that unless you have logged into the app after applying the code, you cannot restore the licence if you re-install the app. Strangely you do not need to log in to restore the licence, so I guess it is linked to some other device identifier, but only at the point you login.
  15. TheBishDude's avatar
This feature already available on MS & Google. Amazing how much data they like to collect for SAT NAV.

Need to register if you plan on restoring this PRO license upgrade. Otherwise, the upgrade is only single-use and you lose it after reinstall.
  17. tonylfc's avatar
I use Waze, it checks for speed cameras, speed vans, roadworks and even potholes in the road.

    Try BLACKPRO

    Thanks @Haz_19 !
  19. ahus98's avatar
Works without needing to register etc...

I guess better than nothing however I'm quite happy with Amigo as been using it for years, which can overlay on other sat navs or does a great audio warnings via BT. I wonder if this is any better as most extra functions are under the gold subscription.

Thanks for the suggestion I briefly tried Amigo but it was really sluggish on my pixel 5. Maybe it got better afterwards

For the android device, the promo code is BLACKPRO

    Cheers OP!
  23. ccw71's avatar
Code worked, but I immediately noticed my 2 nearest fixed cameras, that have been there for years, are not on the map!
    khodos's avatar
    Author
bummer, but you can submit them through the app! I would not use only this app though, I think the best combo is satnav + radarbot
  24. Sajid_Patel88's avatar
Code get applied but doesn't work and still ask for payment if you want to use navigation
    lovin.barbu's avatar
    Same here
  25. tangers's avatar
I used this for a while ,paid, but hen got my confidence shaken when it missed a camera. Then, I went back to Waze.
    davidbbbb12345's avatar
Why did you leave Waze in the first place?
  26. Sarge786's avatar
51608564-UtqZY.jpgInstall button greyed out so can't download and install anymore. I have several different devices on this account so can't be that.
    bankbandit's avatar
Remove the region bit in the URL
  27. Tannybash's avatar
So you don't get navigation unless you subscribe to the go gold monthly plan
    mac1611's avatar
Yep looks that way so not hot for me I'm afraid
  28. zee-kurd's avatar
Google maps has it built in?
    khodos's avatar
    Author
Google maps' warning sound is just a ding that I do not hear half the time, especially if not connected to the cars bluetooth
  29. forcedintoplayin's avatar
Is pro essentially no ads? To get other features you have to pay so I'm not altogether sure of the point.
    FunkyDomino's avatar
Me neither. Can't see what you get for "pro" at all. Looks like a waste of time.
  30. y_knot_me's avatar
Google maps has speed cameras and mobile cameras on. What is the benefit of this?
    Uridium's avatar
In Android Auto those only work when navigating, I want cam alerts when navigation isn't running (just google maps on the car screen)
  31. Itsmehmood's avatar
    Waze is enough.

I was not expecting this deal to have so much drama in the comments...

yes, google maps and waze do alert you of cameras, but I often am not notified with a sound if under the speed limit. Like yesterday, I drove a route with |10 cameras each way and was not alerted by waze a single time.

yes, satnav in this app is paywalled. but I would not trust a speed camera notifying app as a satnav anyway. You can use this in the background as a complementary measure, and use waze or your favourite satnav while driving.

The amount of people not reading the deal description or trying a quick "find in page" before submitting a question or a comment on something not working... or not bothering to compare subscription tiers to set their expectations...

Anyway, glad it helped lots of you!
    FunkyDomino's avatar
It's because it's crap. Don't cry about it.

    Comes up with "Invalid Code"

    Edit: BLACKPRO worked fine (edited)
  34. zulfib's avatar
Need to register. For a speed a app?
  35. davidbbbb12345's avatar
What's the difference between this app and Waze?

I suppose Waze has far more features, including speed camera radar
  36. Riggers86's avatar
waze does this anyway, for free.
  37. Abi_Thampi's avatar
Pretty sure this is either one of the devs or an affiliate trying to increase the google play store downloads lol. Code doesnt seem to work for me
  38. gadger's avatar
    It's rubbish anyway, don't bother.
  39. David_Maynard's avatar
    Waze is better and free
    JCCJ's avatar
    Second that, on Waze
  40. luke.moore's avatar
Mine accepts the code but then nothing changes.. I tried activating the code several times and restarted the app but still tries to get me to sign up for a trial of gold Pro to use the app for anything...
    bald_vale's avatar
Same here, it won't let me choose a route without asking me to upgrade to Gold
    Had enough I'm deleting it
