I keep getting the £19.99 offer which I wouldn’t pay I’d pay £14.99 but never get that offer I guess they don’t want my money! Sorry this price isn’t great!  (edited)

Got the email for £14.99. Tempted to do this for a few months until i can get a good tv package from virgin. Is this a good service? How much of a delay do people experience with this? (I know broadband speed and connect plays a big part in this but still curious to know if anyone has good experience with this)

I find you are at least 1 minute behind with any streamed live service, regardless of your broadband speed. Frustrating when someone texts you and you forget that it could be related to the match you are watching, spoilers at its finest

Every now pass deal is 6 month minimum terms these days. So a big no from me but if they went back to shorter deals I'd get sport and entertainment and be willing more than this (£25 a month for sport and £4.99 for entertainment (currently being offer £2.99 a month for 6 months) are my limits

The price is for 6 months, from what I’m aware though you can cancel after 1 month if you wanted. There is no minimum term contract

I was on the £19.99 month deal. Ending this month & was offered £26.99 deal for the next 6 months which was a no goer for me so I went ahead and cancelled. After many, many clicks to reach the final cancellation page (are you sure, yes I'm sure - really sure, you will miss out etc etc..... yes just cancel please) I got final offer of £17.99 - so I took that

Mine is £21.99 but I do have an email from NOW Broadband saying they couldn't fix my broadband fault (but it is fixed, so no idea why I got the email) and to call them so I might call them and say I won't leave if you give me the £14.99 sports deal. Worth a go I suppose. Yes my NOW Broadband did suffer multiple disconnects and reduced performance below the guarantee so it's an automated email. It was solved about 4 weeks ago. They were good in that regard getting OpenReach to come round, the engineer didn't have much experience so I had to help him troubleshoot the problem but anyway NOW called him and said is it fixed now and wanted him to do more tests with them so they were thorough.
