Go through Top Cashback Mobile Phone Compare and you'll get £13 on these Sims.

    I've got 4 Lebara sims
So many times no signal over so many areas it's a joke

I'm going back to an EE signal ASAP
    mutley1's avatar
They are cheap for a reason

No frills, no thrills and often no signal, lol, especially indoors. But for 99p can't complain.

Does anyone know if you can get this offer as an existing customer? Or do you just have to cancel your current plan, buy this instead, wait for them to send a sim out and then get the number transferred to that new sim?
    crumpetman's avatar
Easier to port number to another provider PAYG then port back to Lebara

Or of you don't need the existing number you can always sign up with a new email address.

It's been asked and answered before, search on discussions for more info. (edited)

Where are the 6 month offers that they used to have? Heat for this deal though, might end up getting the 49p one. (edited)

Not really had much experience with an VMNO. Are the 5G speeds the same as what you would expect if directly with the network. AKA Vodafone. Or are they usually throttled? Thanks

I got the 99p Lebara SIM deal in January and so far the network coverage in South London is really good.I did a broadband speed test and it was showing as really fast.

What is the cheapest option to have an active sim? I just want a SIM that can receive calls and texts.
    lostboybinns's avatar
    Pay as you go surely
  14. great-deals's avatar
If you cancel the auto-renew after the promo deal and stop paying do they keep the number active (obviously without any plan) so calls can at least be received?
    Rahan's avatar
Yes, for upto 3 months or so before sim gets deactivated.
  15. pKaTz's avatar
Is it easy to cancel this SIM?
If I'm using this to port a number to and back out?
    mutley1's avatar
Port will automatically cancel the sim
  16. Mar_inn's avatar
Can I cancel existing Lebara 1 month rolling contract and join this one straight away? Is there anyway to switch over?
    Wammer's avatar
Port out then back to Lebara.
  17. AMAZING101's avatar
Anyone know what pay as you go networks you can port in and out of without topping up. I had to top up with o2 last time which made the whole thing pointless.
    shirlsky's avatar
Three. Others have also used Asda Mobile

What choice of payments can you make for this or the 20GB for £1.99 for 3m, or better still, what is the best way to pay? i.e. do I or can I put £9 into the account for the 20GB plan and then opt out at the appropriate time/date to another provider, then come back to Lebara?
If I were to get a PAC from Ly... today, order one of these offers today and wait for the SIM to arrive, then activate it, how is the billing done (i.e. do I get billed from say 5th to the end of the month or is their billing cycle on a different date) and when do I port out before being billed the higher price?
Some have said they have a weird billing process and need to opt out before being charged £7.99 on the 20GB plan for month 4 but may need to do this after month 2, does anyone have any tips, as I've never ported out and back again as always used a business phone.
Any help would be much appreciated
    Wammer's avatar
It's a one month rolling contract and the payment is taken every 30 days from your preferred method of payment. You can cancel at any time before the next payment is due by cancelling the auto renew. You get an email reminder the day before the payment is due.

You get bill 30 days after the sim is activated.

If you're going to stay longer than 4 months with the 5gb plan then you are better off with the MSE option of £1.99 for 6 months (edited)
  21. JamesB83's avatar
Just got £1 a month for 6 months with 15gb data and unlimited calls/texts. I assume that's still going on as I ordered it 3-4 days ago.
  22. bandla_venkatesh's avatar
How many days it will take to delivery the ordered SIM ?
    Wammer's avatar
Next day if ordered before 15:00.
