Lebara roaming and hotspot data not working?

hi all,

i got my girlfriend a lebara sim for 15gb per month. All is perfect at home but we recently went to Prague but her iPhone didn't seem to pick up on 4g but my android phone worked with no issues.

any idea?

    You might need to check in settings/ mobile data/ mobile data network that everything is set up correctly.

    I had a problem with mine whilst in Spain. I had to enter the settings directly to my phone as it wouldn't connect.

    Couldn't connect to the data network after connecting to the hotspot or couldn't connect to the hotspot?
    Have you tried it back in the UK?

    Have you changed the mobile data apn setting to uk.lebara.mobi?


    This worked for my iphone in France a month back
