Seems like a good deal...but not getting much heat. Is there another deal out there that is much better than this?
    Vardor's avatar
    I thought that!

Assume this deal will be gone before the price rise in April? Very tempted if not as in effect only 1 price rise then.

I don't think the prices go up in April for contracts signed in March or something. I'm sure it says on the id mobile plans they won't go in until 2025

    Just ordered. thanks

How do we get the £100 Curry's gift card? Also, to confirm, the annual price rise (currently 7.9%) won't apply for this year (so it will be £21.99 this year...and then possibly increase by 7.9% in April next year?) Is that correct?

Haven't done a contract in a LONG time, but think this is a v.good deal. Just want to be sure of things before I jump in! (edited)

Such a good price for a lower tier flagship.

Anyone have any personal experience of the standard pixel 8 before I hit the button

    Cheers OP

I've got a pixel 8 pro, came from a huawei p20 pro. It's excellent apart from the finger print scanner which is a pile of shhhh compared to my old phone.

    Why this is cold

Presumably it's a gift card OR the pixel buds?
    yadiyada's avatar
Pixel buds come with a slightly higher monthly contract. The £100 gift card seems to be for all Pixel 8 deals. We've gone for the slightly higher contract cost to get the Pixel buds (adds £24 for 2 years vs £109 if bought brand new). Also went through TopCashBack.

We are buying something from Currys anyway - so the £100 gift card is effectively cash for us

Even with CPI next year, this seems like such a good deal for a phone with plenty of storage, RAM, contract allowances (and roaming) and pretty much the best cameras (for photography) on any phone. (edited)

Any enhanced trade in deals... I can't get the website to quote for a s21 Ultra...

Looks like a good deal once you factor in the cashback and the gift card, as you're getting more than enough data and a phone with plenty of storage, as long as Three works for you ♨️

Does the BLC offer stack with their £100 gift card offer? Or safer to go via TCB?

Thank you. Wanted to go for Samsung s23 fe but went for this instead. Daughter will be pleased
