    Be Aware: Its almost impossible to secure these cams, they are magnetic, they do not have a secure mounting device. This is fine for inside, but these are outside cams.  On the plus side, setup is straightforward, picture quality is good, and I really like the app. I've tried, and tried to find secure mounts for them, but couldn't, not only can people walk away with your cam, it's likely that you would have fitted a SD card as well.

    You'd need a screw driver though to remove them as the magnetic bracket is screw in and so secures the wire to the wall, this keeping the camera with it. No?

    E210 is often on sale for £39.99. Almost identical, just 1080p instead of 2K.

    I have a pair of E210s recording 24/7 to a Homebase 3, covering the front of my house - mounted high enough that they can't be reached without a ladder

    HB3 AI recognition was due Q3 2023, now "Under evaluation"

    I have both 1080 and 2k eufy cameras and the picture is night and day, well worth the extra money.

    Can it plug straight into the mains, or is it USB-powered via a charger?

    The camera is a micro usb cable. 5m, but you can use your own if you want longer/shorter. 

    32gb will probs last you a few days worth of recordings. You can put upto 128Gb micro sd cards inside.

    C210 is 1080p and comes with no storage (you have to buy your own memory card or use cloud)

    this one is 2k and also comes with a 32gb memory card.

    Wondering if these need wifi access 24/7 or if you just wanted to view previous footage it could be done via a hot-spot and a tablet?

    They are powered by a micro usb port.  
    it comes with a 5m long wire which you can plug into any usb plug socket.
