    Ordered this. Brought the rest of my food, but didn't deliver the free chicken. Its on my online receipt but not on the printed receipt they delivered. I've complain. But last time I complain to KFC they never replied.

    Just had a quick look & delivery prices are a lot higher! Is there a delivery charge on top too? Also, read something about a 'Service Charge' which is dependent on your order amount. (edited)

    l found that out too delivery for me looks to be £2.99 and service charge is 99p. Can't add any of the other offers, as collection only, either

    Yes it’s just the way to get attention and sell the product. They make you spend
    £ 10 to grab free pieces. Not a good offer for couple but okay for 5/6 people. Students can make best use of it and split the amount. (edited)

    I can’t find the offer anywhere on my app but looking at the T&Cs in your picture above it might exclude all franchise branches which is probably the majority of them.

    Delivery & mobile ordering not available at my local restaurant. Plus now the offer has disappeared completely from the app, despite saying that it expired March.

    Ordered it yesterday, never arrived after 1 hour of waiting. Called delivero they put me on waiting list for 30 minutes then they said they are running late on Orderes. That was 10pm which the restaurant is already closed. They offered to cancel the order. So i cancelled

    Don't order. Out of 3 people I know who ordered this all 3 got the rest of their order but no free chicken.
