Can't seem to get it to work it says code not available on this product or not valid. Generated a few codes it wont take any of them, sad times

Hmmm, it worked fine for me this morning. I just checked again and I get told my voucher has already been used, because it has, so I can't test it fully. Are you generating a code for LG 'home appliances and white goods'? I noticed that the discounts for carers site has at least one other LG offer on as well.

Avoid any complicated delivery like a removal and install. They use Panther Group who are incompetent. Still waiting for LG and Panther to sorry it out after I ordered a machine last week. You get no help and no one to talk to.

Nope, I get "a code that is not available on the product or is not valid." I've tried several different machines and generated codes and also tried a code generated by BlueLight for the same discount but all come up with the same error.

It's a shame with the free delivery you have to pay a further £45 for disposal.

Can you dispose of it cheaper? Up the stairs to first floor. Disconnected old machine and took away, installed new machine and took all the massive packaging away too. Not bad value to be honest

You get free delivery when signing up to LG, but sadly if you want installation or removal of your old washer you need to pay for that service which includes delivery.

It would be nice if there was a separate option for removal only like all other retailers at around £25....

I sent this deal to my neighbour (carer for her husband with Parkinson's and autistic son), whose old machine just packed-up.
They ended up paying circa £430 as greedy LG just upped the price - due to increased 'demand', I guess.
Their site is painfully slow too.

Anyway, thanks OP, for the deal and the info about CarersDiscounts, as they didn't know about that.

Just had to pay LG £125 to repair the door seal which randomly got torn only 3 months after purchase. They say that rubber items are not covered by warranty and are treated as wear and tear. I'll never buy any of their products again. I'm making it my mission to let people know how dodgy their products are and their business practices.
