    What's the difference between this and the pet version? Could this offer, plus then buying a pet accessory be the right way to get the pet model cheapest?

    Can only speak to my own experience, and I did pretty much that. I bought a 125 edition which came with the comfort handle, then I got floor heads elsewhere and changed my Active AirClean filter out for a HEPA AirClean filter. Whether it's cheaper to buy a pet version is down to you and how much you pay for the vacuum/tools separately.

    The only difference that I can see between this entry C3 and the Cat & Dog model Curry's have is the addition of the turbobrush (STB 305-3). If bought from John Lewis or Miele then their current C&D also includes a Flex nozzle too. Really it's best to check specs yourself using the manufacturer's comparison tool. Also be careful with Curry's listings - in one image on this they show a comfort handle with light that isn't usually standard or listed in the box contents (nor is it shown in the demo video), so I'd question whether you'd even be getting that.
