This deal is for new My John Lewis Rewards signups / new email address (free to signup). There are two offers that appear in rewards for new signups. It can take a few hours to appear after signup but tested on two new accounts and worked and also communicated in welcome email (they were not on my existing account). States runs until 27th October.
