Good price for this beast of a phone. I have noticed these differences between 23Ultra and 224Ultra:
1: AI features for 24 Ultra but I think with latest software update, you will get the same features in S23 Ultra.
2: Battery on S23 Ultra last way longer. I have noticed less battery timing for S24 Ultra.
3. Photos and videos taken on S23 Ultra looks better.
4: Display experience on S23 Ultra is a bit better.
5: 256GB is not enough if you take photos and videos on regular basis. But cloud storage is a good option though if you can pay.
So I would say go for 23Ultra if you can get it cheaper especially 512GB or 1TB version. This is my opinion regarding both devices and others may feel different. Unused S24 Ultra for this price is a good deal though. (edited)

Is the pen of any use apart from the notes app? Does it act like a mouse in the browser, so you can hover things on a site? Any other real use?

S22 Ultra was the last one with Exynos in the UK I think, apparently they have improved a lot though. Personally it only matters to me where you are paying full price and potentially getting something inferior.

It's a customer return, they are the returns arm of Tesco Mobile (and a few others I think) - perfectly possible it's open box but unused, having used this seller many times before, no concerns at all.

S24 Ultra definitely better but if comparing good condition devices, the S23 is nearly half the price so it probably comes down to 'is the S24 Ultra worth nearly twice as much as the S23 Ultra' and it's arguably not.

Yes, it's rubbish, but the norm. Absolutely no excuse for no expansion for media storage or photos, apart from greed on the part of the manufacturer...

Latest update still has not fixed shutter lag issues. Blurry photos with any slight movement is unacceptable. Great if you're not into photography. This would be the perfect mobile gaming platform

Is this worth getting or cheaper S23 Ultra? I currently have a Samsung s21.

S23 Ultra is probably a decent enough upgrade from the S21, the S24 is better but not for so much more money unless you need any of the new features. The flat glass is nice as it's easier to protect. Few phones bring a lot more to the table now, you could even argue the S22 Ultra is still enough. They are all great phones but it's easy to get fatigued when they bring little new features to the table but cost more each time.

S22 Ultra still perfect after 2 years usage come May 11th. Those folk that complain about battery must be glued to it haha. Get off the screen and get a life ahaa!
