Wanted a flip smart phone for years - so gone for this. A big upgrade from my xperia xz1 compact! Bit of a noob on new phones but will my existing sim work or will i need to contact my network (tesco) and figure out a virtual sim?

It should be fine. Specs on xperia xz1 says it takes nano sim card so should be straight swap into the flip. You still have the option of virtual sim if you want to run 2 plans at the same time

Don't do it.... Samsung flip phones are garbage not reliable at all, I've had 2 of these replaced by insurance as Samsung don't honour warranty all in the space of 18 months, flip is not reliable breaks under normal use. Swapped to pixel now and couldn't be happier.

Which insurance did you have? I had the fold and my insurance refused to pay out for almost a year

Does anyone know what the grading are like? I.e. is there really much difference between good and very good?

£250 for a flip 4 seems good but note that this is the 128gb version

Great price, for a foldable. I was one of the lucky ones who got an impeccable condition Fold 4 from a previous Giffgaff deal. Obviously not this particular phone but I suspect the folding mechanism and screen are similar. After 9 months of regular usage, it still looks like the day I got it and I just love the screen real estate.

How does Samsung consider 15W charging fast???
    MakazoleMaquiqui's avatar
Whilst i agree, battery degredation is much worse on anything more than 15w

Gone for this, if the condition isn't all that ( seems hit & miss ) I can always send it back :/ 🤷

As a new customer, can I check out with the “I don’t need a plan” option?

Got mine today but it's going back for a full refund. The phone itself looks lovely and for a grade 'C' it's fine for the outside and bezel but there's a noticeable crease in the middle of the screen even when it's on that I can't live with. I've no idea if this is how all these folding phones are after a while as I've never owned one before 🤷 (edited)
