The UI has the worst implementation possible, requiring half a dozen button presses and more to do anything all the time watching the screen to make sure you have the right setting. One wrong button press sends it back to square one.
Autodose only gives you high, medium and low, not listing of actual amount dispensed. If you want to use powder and separate conditioner it requires you running the powder through, stopping the machine then setting a new program from scratch for conditioner...
The 'AI' weighs the clothes before telling you how long the program will last. No way of knowing for sure before you've loaded it, and crucially started it, and the time can jump from 1:30 up to 4:30 with seemingly no reason!
The wifi. Oh boy... Can set the program and additional settings (use autodose or not) from the Smartthings app. All well and good but you then have to walk to the machine to actually push start. Setting an extra spin after the cycle has finished requires changing settings before first use and then woe betide you if you take longer than 30 seconds to decide to do that. It'll reset itself and turn off...
TLDR, it's overly complicated without good reason and generally crap... No matter what the price.
