About this deal

I purchased one of these exact mattresses for around £400 from Mattressman 12 months ago, now shopping for another for the spare room I came across this bargain.

I've had a perfect, blissful nights sleep since I fitted this with no sign of sagging or indentation in the mattress (as a 16 stone chap It's something to worry about!)

Be wary, it is 35cm thick so you'll need deeper bedsheets and if you're shorter you may not wish to put it on a regular height bedframe!

Edit: ITEM IS FOR A EUROPEAN DOUBLE SIZE 140x200CM so measure your bedframes!

I have this mattress and it's garbage. it's squeaky as hell. i only ever have a good night sleep on it if i'm on my own and in the middle of the bed. i can't even sell it as 2nd hand because its squeaking so bad. will be going for a better brand next time. i think most of these good reviews on the internet were fake:( (edited)

Need a mattress and need opinion too. Any good compared to Simba etc? I am 12 stones and will be sharing with similar weight Mrs.

Just binned a Simba which died after 5 years. Tbh 5 is generous, it needed replaced for the past 18months minimum. You may have better results however.

Cheap because it is an unconventional size

    140cm x 200cm is a European Double size.
135cm x 190cm is the UK Double size.

Put simply you will need to buy a base to go with the mattress

Handy if you've an IKEA bed frame from a few years back as some might have. They used to use European Double sizes without advertising it well.

Surprised me when I bought a regular double mattress for it years back and it came up short!

I know this is a money saving site but does anyone recommend on spending more and getting a higher quality mattress? Thanks in advance.

I am looking for exactly same. Had Simba for a while which disappointingly sagged withing 2 years

Be wary this is smaller than a conventional Uk double bed by around 10cm in length. The standard double is over £50 more!

It's actually 10cm larger than a standard UK double

Do Costco have any beds and mattresses in store to try out? Thanks in advance.

Looks like it comes with two USB ports according to the image.

They are not usb ports, its for vhs cassettes

    European Double is 140cm x 200cm
    UK Double is 135cm x 190cm

    European Double is LARGER

Was going to buy this but heard a few reviews of it squeaking

can anyone recommend a euro king mattress for less than £500…. Not a tremendous amount of options.
