Read reviews, i bought 25l one for £99 seems to be better to operate. And check your reward I had £10 off when you spent over £90.

If buying this trainwreck, pay directly via regulated credit, because:
3 year warranty, can't go wrong.
except when the microwave gives up at two years and one day, JL will say it only has 2 year warranty (even though JL holds the statutory quality and durability obligations for 6 years).
When JL tries it on, just cite the independently archived product page here that under
    "Read more about this product"
    states the JL promise:
There’s also a 3-year guarantee, backed by our very special reputation for excellent service.

When it says 'Combination' does that mean it acts like a normal oven as well?

Interior stainless steel is a big plus; won't rust like painted white ones do

If it's stainless steel interior, will that make it spark Didn't think any metal could go in a microwave!!

I prefer larger capacity microwaves (maybe because I was more used to seeing larger machines in the 1980s-90s) Though nowadays it tends to be the combis that are bigger.

Does anyone know how much free space is needed by sides and top? I was looking for a manual but cant find anywhere. TIA!

I had a 20l and this doesn't take up any more space width wise. Higher though.

I've just bought one of these today for 69 pounds instore; for some reason it was reduced for no apparent reason - the box had never been opened, but this was the only box I saw that was marked down.

Apart from the price, my main reason for buying this particular model was the two year warranty and the stainless steel interior; I don't think I'll really use the combi or grill functions but unless you buy a commercial microwave none of the standard microwaves have stainless steel interiors anymore, and even some of the Panasonic combis don't.

I'll have to say that for basic functions the menu is fine, but compared to the Sharp it is poor if using the auto menu - are we really expected to keep the manual and remember that H4 is for frozen onion rings!!! Since I have no intention of using the auto menus this isn't an issue for me but I thought I would mention this.
