For anyone needing a free ukraine vpn I used UrbanVPN travel vpn extension for firefox. Worked great. (edited)

GoG - I don't need a separate account to be able to buy do I? Just the use of appropriate vpn. I seem to remember pre-ordering my copy of the base Cyberpunk (c. £18) game from the Russian GoG store, ironically.

Might give this a go later.

That's right - no need for another account. I did use incognito mode to make sure there were no cookies, but it should work fine without doing that (edited)

You don't need to use a VPN if you don't want to. Just use Tor Browser - which you can set up to behave like you're in any country. Edit the file called "torrc" shown below

And add "ExitNodes {ua} StrictNodes 1" (without the quotes) to the end of the file to set the country for your exit node to Ukraine (ie, that is what the "ua" is for). Run Tor Browser and it'll be like you're in Ukraine. (edited)

Tried this and on duckduckgo its showing my a switch with Ukraine.. so I assume it works. However on gog.com website it shows normal full price of 30 euros or $31.12... hmm
EDIT: Nevermind, had to find the right RU website type for gog.com

you cant buy it seperatly heads up as this requires you to have cyberpunk first from gog then you can purchase phantom liberty.

Shouldn't have to - try incognito mode to make sure no UK cookies are loading from your cache

Yes, works for base Game. GOG does have a launcher but you dont have to use it. Joy of no DRM

When I select Paypal as payment method just getting spinning circle, anyone had similar issue?

Tried incognito mode in 3 browsers (firefox, chrome and edge) and the gog app as well and no luck.

I had similar - found logging into Paypal on another tab without VPN and then putting the VPN on to complete the purchase sorted it

That's the free update for the base game. I was talking to my mate about this earlier - he was under the impression that this DLC was part of the update

The reviews for this are looking excellent.

I begrudged having to pay for DLC given the issues the base game had but it sounds like they have fixed most everything with the DLC and £12 sounds fair now! (edited)

You don't actually need to buy the DLC. All the gameplay improvements are already available in the patch to the base game released earlier this week.
