Anyone know the peak brightness on this?

According to this review of the QE65QN95C by Expert Reviews here - trustedreviews.com/rev…95c

2240 nits of brightness on a 10% white HDR window in the TV’s Standard mode, and this only drops to a still massive 1995 and 1990 nits when you switch to the less punchy/more accurate Movie and Filmmaker modes respectively.

According to the AV forums review - avforums.com/rev…38/

The Samsung QN95C measured 1745 nits on an industry-standard 10% window and 602 nits fullscreen in the most accurate Filmmaker Mode. These are excellent results and are to be expected from a MiniLED Set like the QN95C. However, it is not all good news as the TV has to mitigate blooming and clouding from the dimming zones by suppressing the specular highlights, which robs the image of contrast and dynamic range, we’ll cover this more later in the review. It should be noted that the QN95C will go much brighter in other picture presets, but we are only interested in accurate image quality to the standards at AVForums. (edited)

Comparison of Samsung Neo QLED - Qn90c, Qn92c Qn93c, Qn94c and the Qn95c (all are 43" except the qn95c, which is only available in 55" and bigger).

A quick review in case it helps anyone. I bought this TV to try out as a monitor (yep I appreciate it's a TV not a monitor!) but sent it back after trying it out for a couple of hours. Mains reasons were:

Viewing angles - could see colour shift when moving my head in front of it.

Height - after having a 34 inch ultra wide for a year I just couldn't get used to the 16:9 aspect ratio again. I think 43 in an ultrawide format would be great tho.

You guys might not be bothered about those issues but just thought I'd mention in case it helps anyone!

Mine has arrived, bought it for bedroom and I did quite a bit of gaming on it. Very bright and smooth gaming. Unlike the samsung odyssey g7 monitor I had previously which I returned as the screen kept going blank whilst playing as the it couldn’t keep up. I haven’t had any issue with viewing angle. I have used it at a monitor but too big and bright to sit that close.

Anyone know what the difference is between this and the qn90?

The Samsung.com £789 deal is for the the Q90, the equivalent of this on the Samsung site is £899 from what I can see!

I can't recommend this panel unfortunately. It had terrible vignetting in the corners and around the edges. :-( I swapped it for an OLED instead!

Doesn’t OLED have potential screen burns especially for gaming

So I tried to price match it at richer sound but they don’t sell this high end model. Also Samsung can’t price match with Costco lol

Seems expensive for a 43". Paid £780 for a 55" QN94 only couple years ago.
