Received mine today can only say its Pristine not a mark or scratch on it anywhere could not be more happy. Can't recommend buying one of these enough. Big thanks to Mr Switch for posting

Cracking price for someone who wants what is still an excellent phone but doesn't want to spend too much money and can always return if not happy ♨️

If anyone wants a new boxed version, which is snapdragon chipset instead, you can get them for £319. US versions

It also might be worth checking Amazon renewed as I see a silver one 256 gig excellent condition £278

I looked at that deal a couple of weeks back. Reviews with pics were not happy customers. But others were. Pot luck on returned and renewed items.... Paul

if I don't like the phone, can I return phone and sim as well to get it refunded for both or I can send only phone?.
    vassy4u's avatar
Just don't use the SIM straight away. Try the phone and If u like it and are going to keep it then use the SIM. Return of phone with unused SIM is easier and safer

Wow great price. I'm using it still, it's perfect for me, I keep battery saver on most of the time because I really don't care if it scrolls slightly smoother and I can get 1.5-2 days battery out of it. Camera is amazing, just seems to always work unlike some of my previous phones.

Mines just arrived, does have marks all around the bezel, one significant in corner.
Screen and back do seem to be in good condition. For a Good its not bad.
I am in two minds to keep or try again and hope next one is in better condition. (edited)

Mine arrived in similar condition, bezel has white marks all around, slightly worse on corners but screen and back are good, minor screens scuffs as expected. Will check battery and probably keep, in a case it will be fine. My p30 pro had same issue with bezel marks , I think the case makes it worse

I bought one yesterday, got it delivered today, and I would say it's in-between excellent and very good.

Very light marks around the bezel, and I mean very light marks, screen and back are perfect.

    Very pleased.

    Thanks OP

Looks like it's hit and miss with what's sent.
Mine arrived today after ordering yesterday. A few light scratches on screen but outer casing well worn.
Charging up to see battery health
Will go in a case of I keep, debating if I keep and use black marker on case to colour in or return and try again 😏

My S21 ultra is in a similar condition and has been in a case since day 1. That part of the phone scratches very, very easily.
  11. stevensmith752487's avatar
I used to change my phone every two years. The s21 ultra is the only phone I've had no desire to upgrade and I'm now on year 3. Honestly believe if you were to plot a graph of samsung galaxy phones this would be the peak and from there is just a plateau
  12. vwblack's avatar
How old is this phone? When was it's release date?
    vassy4u's avatar
    Heard of Google?

Best phone I'd ever owned, been downhill since.
    kos1c's avatar
    Really ?

I found the s21u utter garbage. Exynos chipset is laggy, over heats and has a poor battery.
Because of the S21u I will never buy another exynos chip based phone.

I got a fold 4 and being on snap dragon this phone is much more reliable.
  14. Edged's avatar
Good deal but I'd need 512gb version before I let go S20 plus with SD slot, heat.
  15. Arutha's avatar
Thank you OP, worth a try. Been holding off upgrading my now-rickety (but wonderful) P20 Pro. Thanks!
  16. vassy4u's avatar
Loved this phone. Traded this for S23U. They both were the best devices I've had from Samsung.
  17. sneakybifta's avatar
Thanks, ordered. After changing phones every year or two, I kept my S20 Ultra for years as it was brilliant and just worked.

Finally swapped to a Pixel 7 Pro last year and really like it, but it's got some bugs and weird crashes, and the charging connector can be a bit loose. This weekend it restarted at least 4 times by itself, whereas my S20 was rock solid and would run for months without being restarted.

Lots of travel coming up next few months so very happy to be swapping back to a Samsung.

Topcashback tracked at £35, says I'll need to activate the sim for it to pay out but very happy if it does come through

I got this used as a stop gap at the beginning of last year, and i am still using it everyday. What a wonderful phone. (edited)

JFI, 35Gbp tracked on topcashback too. I'm not sure whether this will be paid or not. (edited)

Whats "Good" condition like at Giff gaff?

Need something to replace my Mate 20 pro, really struggling to find something as good. (edited)
    Dawid_H's avatar
I'm in the same boat. Mate 20 Pro.
Dropped it last week and have a lovely hairline crack, from top to bottom, right on the edge.. Would be nice to find something as good as this beast of a phone.

Cheaper than a new screen for my old S21 Ultra which got smashed back in August. Crazy.
  25. ricky_kw's avatar
Bit the bullet, if its crap will return!
  26. skoda441's avatar
If anyone gets there phones tomorrow can you please post your thoughts on the condition there in please

Lonely phone. Had gotten this on a deal from 4gadgets.....I went for 512gb and been rock solid since.

Not going to upgrade until this stops working
    NilzAp's avatar
You can always pair it up with a case and see if they hit it off

Worth it. My s24 ultra isn't a lot better and cost 5x as much

Is this worth upgrading from a Poco F3 ?

Cracking phone I have the 512gb, the latest update gave it a new lease of life
    dodge747's avatar
What latest update you referring to - android update? Is it on Android 13 now?
  35. deleted2759382's avatar
How does buying this phone make sense when support expires this year and it will only get merely one major Android update?
    BadGoy's avatar
What do you need "support" for?
  36. deleted2759382's avatar
    Security updates?

I actually would have to stick with my A52s over this simply because of the SD Card and feel good of a Snapdragon chip. I've had well over a 130 tabs open across 3 browsers and this thing still runs solid as you like. (edited)
    liverman's avatar
I agree with you on this, had my a52s for 2 1/2 years now and have no desire to change it, its as you say rock solid, I keep doing comparisons every time there is a A series new release and theres hardly anything that's making me go buy a new one.
  38. wellayeman's avatar
I have a s21 Plus and I've been debating whether to get the pixel 8 in the latest deal on here, or wait for another good deal on the nothing phone 2.

    Or this?
    Adam_Pat4Wj's avatar
Pixel 8 sounds good. Not sure about the rest, don't have the brains for it

Tempted to try one of these to replace my ageing Galaxy Note 9 512gb. Are they only single sim?
