    I couldn't see it either so I submitted mine twice, on the one I chose the "S24 ultra £125 extra" and on the other I chose the "offer not listed" just to make sure. Not sure if either will work yet but presumably they will if I have logged it. Not sent my trade in yet.

    How does this work in store so they knockoff £100 on the up front price if trading in? Do you just visit a store and tell them about this? And can you then just hand in your old device there and then?

    heat from me...i've gone for this thanks...£95 for my S21 + £100 (lets see what I actually get) and £40 TCB...that pays for the £199 up front and with the £36 extra makes it c£684 over 2 years. Taking a punt on ID working where I live, looks ok on the test site.

    Has anyone done a trade in?
    I am considering trading in an old Galaxy model which says £2, used but in good condition, light scratches to the screen etc, I'm just wary of these trade ins which always seem to look for excuses even though the phone meets the description.
