These were 99p about 6 months ago from Farm foods.. And we are told inflation is running between 12-14%

They were 99p for years. Then £1.25 just after Covid.

Haven't been in Farmfoods for a good while so to find out the price is now 2 quid. Insane.

When these things are labelled "fish" you just know it's Pollock (also known as 'Omega 3'). They try to keep that a secret! (edited)

Despite the fact that pollock is a dietary and treat lean fish, 100 grams of pollock fillets contain 1.2 grams of fat, 600 mg of which are omega-3, which are essential for the heart muscle, prevention of cardiovascular diseases , lower bad cholesterol and free radical removal to prevent premature aging of the body.

Can't believe we bought some for the freezer from farmfoods earlier this year and they were £1.49. That is a huge price rise.

    Still far cheaper than elsewhere?
