Any real world users care to feedback on battery life for average use (YouTube, few photos, browsing, Spotify?)

It's meh, just like the phone itself. Can't wait to replace mine

I've got many phones, including some true flagships, yet the P7 Pro is my favourite out of all of them. Decent performance, clean Android without any heavy skins, etc. The only thing I don't like about Google phones is none of them charge very quickly - definitely one to do overnight unless you can leave it on a wireless stand during the day.

I got a P7 pro 256GB from Amazon warehouse (used like new) for £299. It only had 2 charge cycles. I'm not sure if it's a good value for money as most people only complain about this device. It's not going to be my primary (Xiaomi 14 Ultra). Appreciate your thoughts. TIA

Anything else in the price range that beats the camera on this?

This beats every phone up to £1200 and all foldables. Only bested by the pixel 8 pro.

Bought one of these and returned it for a Poco X6 Pro, imo the only thing it did any better was zoomed pictures.

Really disappointed with the speakers and point to shoot everyday photos mainly (on the pixel.) (edited)

How many years of software updates with this?

3 OS upgrades, 5yrs updates I think. Should get Android 16 and be good until end of 2027.

Had this phone a few months now, bought refurbished at a bargain price. Battery life is great and easily lasts 24 hrs through normal usage. Camera is really good and takes some lovely photos whilst keeping them realistic. If you need a new phone then highly recommended.

I absolutely loved my Hazel pixel 7 pro. I was disappointed that they got rid of that colour for the 8.

Not that I have an 8 pro anymore, either. But it was a lovely colour nonetheless.
