The full 10GB as far as I know. And unlimited Talk and text. Roaming is mainly for Europe

Even if you port out they'll still charge you as you didn't cancel your contract
I asked them what exactly was the contract for as you didn't keep my number anymore - they didn't know...

I have ordered the 1p 4GB and the speed is very good 70-120mbps better than lebera in my area. Cancelling is also very easy, just switch off auto renewal.
