Is it fox or sheepskin? I'm confused.
Any discount codes for Dunelm?
Thank you :)
Hot For some reason Click & Collect wasn't available for me. My mum had an awful experience with Dunelm delivery last Christmas. Hopefully they've sorted themselves out by now
Good job it’s not order for delivery.. we ordered stuff from Dunelm in the run up to Christmas and I have never experienced such chaos from a retailer in my life. We received random stuff we didn’t even order, delays, all kinds of madness. Never again.

Just looked at these inshore nice rugs beige lovely, grey is very light, the black looks more navy
Ordered. Thanks

SAME item or same quality at least to what you get off AliExpress - not worth your money unless you’re only buying it for a One-Day one off event.
I backed out after reading the reviews
Read the reviews on the link!! I bought one via another seller and it was in the bin 2 months later. Very thin, cheap and although soft it felt terrible under foot.
Is this any good at this price?

I've had these in my garage/office for the past 18 months. Quite happy with them especially for the price but they have warped in places, mainly under my chair and desk and on hot days they expand and bulge. I probably should have left more of a gap round the edges. Will be looking in to replacing with stable mats.
Thank you.
3 packs should do it
wow that's way better value than the Chad Valley offer at Sainsbury.
I am useless at maths. How many packs do I need for 8ft x 8ft. I was thinking of under my grandsons pool.

Instock but full price for me.
£15 now
Just bought 4 for home delivery by 28th May. Stock depends on location I think.
I managed to get one earlier in the day for click & collect ! Alas click and collect is no longer available but you can add it for delivery for +£2.95 , this is still in stock . Thx for the deal Suzy 🎀

Rug Brands to Look Out For
Here are the main rug brands to look out for:
Ikea – Ikea rug designs are among the most popular around, and with good reason. The Swedish retailer offers a wide range of stylish and simple designs, including round and square rugs, doormats, beautiful handmade versions, and oriental styles. A great starting point for all rug buyers.
Next – A Next rug is generally as appealing as the merchant's clothing line, and just as affordable. Check out the company's luxurious wool, quirky multicoloured designs, and shaggy rugs that are perfect for living rooms where pets and children are involved.
John Lewis – A John Lewis rug will most likely match the high-end retailer's general reputation. They may be priced slightly higher than Ikea or Next rugs, but make up for it in terms of quality. Its extra-large designs are handy for larger spaces, while sheepskin rugs, traditional patterns, and artistic rugs from designers like Louis de Poortere are a cut above the rest.
Kathy Ireland – Available from numerous major furnishing retailers, Kathy Ireland rugs score highly where looks are concerned, and collections like Malta and Heritage are hugely popular across the country – especially when it comes to rustic interiors.
Theko – German brand Theko specialises in offering handmade rugs with traditional motifs. If you're looking for something with the touch of a craftsman, and you're interested in how rugs are made, Theko products will always be worth a look.
Types of Rugs and What to Look For
Rugs can be made out of a variety of different materials and different rugs are suited to different purposes and places. The information below will help educate you on how to choose a rug made from the right material, with the right design, that meets all of your needs. All while looking fantastic at the same time.
- Bathroom Rugs
Bathroom rugs need to be soft to touch, but also hard-wearing and, most importantly, waterproof. Avoiding plastic materials makes sense here, but natural fibres like jute will work really well, absorbing water with ease while drying quickly.
- Living Room & Area Rugs
If you're picking a rug for living room settings, you'll find plenty of colourful options that are designed to make a statement. The living room is a place to show off your style and taste, and designs vary from single colour blocks to geometric and printed patterns. Pick a size which fills the space available, while leaving some space around the edges for a bit of the floor to show.
- Outdoor Rugs
When picking outdoor rugs, weather comes into the equation. Look for rugs that are rugged, durable, and able to withstand bright sunlight. Polypropylene would be a good material to choose, as natural fibres are probably more suited to the controlled climate of indoor settings.
- Hallway Rugs
Hallways tend to require special “runner” rugs which have longer shapes and slim profiles. Try to find one which is slightly smaller than the corridor to be covered, with a border around the edge. Pick a durable material like jute or synthetics as well, because shoes are likely to be used near doorways.
- Basement Rugs
Humidity is a major factor in basements and cellars, and not all rugs will handle moisture well. Take a look at rugs made from olefin, a synthetic which stands up to moisture incredibly well. Nylon is also a good choice and is often just as durable.
- Wool Rugs
Wool tends to be the premium rug material for most buyers, due to its shaggy softness and general level of comfort. A good wool rug will last for years, and its fibres will always spring back into their original shape. Wool rugs also deal well with food and drink stains. However, Because of the quality of material, price is a major factor here, as wool rugs will cost a bit more than comparable materials.
- Cotton Rugs
Generally cheaper than wool and often as durable, cotton rugs make a good alternative. They won't have the luxuriously shaggy quality of wool and may be prone to tearing, but cotton rugs roll up neatly and handle a lot of punishment.
- Jute or Sisal Rugs
Increasingly popular due to sustainability issues, jute and sisal materials are rugged and durable, making them handy for places where shoes are commonly worn. Their abrasive surfaces can offset smooth wood and vinyl floors, but can sometimes be a little harsh on bare skin.
- Plastic Rugs
Polypropylene is a good rug material to go for if you are on a budget, as its production costs are low. Often available in brightly coloured designs, polypropylene rugs may not feel so soft but will be durable over the long term. Nylon has better water resistance and also lasts a long time, while viscose has a silk-like texture but requires more maintenance.
Accessories to Help Extend the Life of Your Rug
The rug itself is a very straightforward home accessory. However, there is a wide range of products that can help improve the owners experience and the life of the rug over time. So here are some items to consider to help extend the life of your current rugs or any that you plan to buy in the future.
Rug Buying: Your Questions Answered
Sometimes. Most wool or cotton rugs can be washed at home, but those made from delicate materials and sisal will have to be dry cleaned. Choose rug specialists for the best results.
Not always. While you can achieve impressive looks by matching curtain colours, it's also possible to set up attractive contrasts. What you definitely want to avoid are jarring combinations, so try to match curtain and rug collections with care.
It's possible to use a rug over a carpet, but finding the right match takes skill. Try to contrast different colours and textures, and use round rugs with square carpets to avoid a bland appearance.
This can be something to avoid, as furniture legs can damage rug materials. However, durable materials can handle legs with pads or castors, and some overlap between furniture and rugs is often hard to avoid. So it's not always a huge problem.
In some cases. When you use “area rugs” to cover large spaces, the fabric can absorb heat and act like a store of warmth, helping to keep rooms snug and cosy in the evening.
Yes. If you place bright or bold coloured rugs in large spaces, it can have a visual effect of shrinking the room.
Conversely, if you place a rug underneath the furniture in a smaller room and extend it a little to the sides, it fools the eye into thinking that the room is larger, a neat trick for compact apartments.
Buying Advice: Finding the Best Rug Deals Around
The right rug can be a home's crowning glory, accenting living rooms and making every other furnishing seem that bit more elegant. And there are certainly many different rug materials, formats, and styles to choose from.
Ikea, Amazon, John Lewis, Next, iRugs, Wayfair, the Rug Warehouse, and even Lidl. Every type, size, material, and brand of rug can be found in our listings, usually at huge discounts when compared to retail prices.
If you want to make really big savings, hold out for major sales events. Rug prices can drop dramatically around Black Friday and during January sales. So check back and browse the hotukdeals listings then as finding a bargain rug you adore won't be a chore.

Cold! None in stock

Not a pelt by the very definition of the word (annoyed)
Sounds stupid but these are best draped over chairs etc as they are so slippery to walk on. I don’t mean that the rug moves, it’s the pile of the fur, it’s very, very soft.
I wish I was so lucky. Would love a real sheep skin one for this price. They have the faux rug pictured in front of a log burner, but I'm not sure I'd fancy a faux rug so close to a fire.
Ordered 2 last time on offer for click and collect, On collection, was informed item was out of stock, But was given offered the real sheepskin rugs (for the same price) or refund. Took the poor sheepskin ones. I think the price was £37 for sheepskin. Just think I was lucky
Just so you know, there are no fauxs left in the wild and the captive bred ones live in appalling conditions. Think before you buy.

Smaller size still available
Oh fab thanks :)

Grabbed thanks!
They increased the price for the code?

So the circle rug measures 100x100x100x100x100x100x100x100x100cm etc etc ? or rather it should say it has a diameter of 100cm?
At first I thought it was a test for colour vision

Thanks, I was looking to inject a cool global edge to my space (y)

nice (y)

I thought ooooh trellis for my garden, clicked on and went oh it's a rug! (:I
I have a white-ish shaggy rug and two dogs, and I can say it's not bravery, it's just insanity ;)
Anyone with a white rug is a brave person :D

Same and they are lovely quality.
In my house, I allow myself a maximum of 60mins heating on per day even in the depths of winter. I haven’t really had any heating on since February. House is 14C at maximum and dips to 10C at night. I buy any deal on blankets and fur rugs
The summer is just around the corner... (popcorn) Heat added, nothing against a bit of luxury.
Two bought for the dog, thanks

It's gone back up now.
Still coming up at £40
Like the habitiat chair offer, they are not on argos but the habitat site https://www.habitat.co.uk/product/9568079?clickPR=plp:48:144
All these Argos offers showing at full price for me.

Pretty sure this is the one I have in dark blue in my kitchen. Big mistake going for a dark colour as it shows bits constantly (:I . Besides that it’s good quality and doesn’t move too badly

All I ever wanted was my rug back, man. It really tied the room together.
