Got these for steam deck last time they were up, low latency mode actually does work. Worth the money.

    This sounds really good.
how does it compare to other buds on the steamdeck; do you still get the sense of "some" lag?

Ordered these ages ago and they're still working, so that's good! Sound quality is pretty decent and battery life is good too. Definitely worth the money.

Got mine today. Like the form factor, very light weight, and they sit comfortably in ear, and don't come loose from any minimal head shaking.

Music sound quality is bassy with decent mids. For the price this is probably the most decent i've had - outside of the free galaxy buds from Samsung who were throwing out their buds regularly with phones/deals over the last 2 years.

    Only gripes i found are
    - some sound leakage (depending on volume level)
    - the lid on the case isn't sturdy and cant stay up (cue the viagra jokes haha) unless the case is placed on a flat surface.

However the above are not deal breakers in any way, and lets face it - there are bigger, first world problems. Will also test out call quality when i use them for work and the ANC it supposedly has.

TLDR; So far, my initial impression is these Lenovo buds are crazy value for under £3 delivered to my front door. I've spent more on a happy meal - and these buds have given me more comfort and happiness (and no stomach issues). Thank you to the OP for sharing this deal!

    EDIT
Also on Reddit, some people suggests that English is not preloaded on these, so likely cant change the language. However, others are saying hold right ear bud for 5 seconds and then tap left bud 3 times to change, or tap right bud quickly 10 times - give it a go and see if any works for you.

Personally, trying to change the original language makes no difference to me as i'm not using Game mode. I also tried my best with Google Translate which came up with this for game mode off. It sounds something like yoshi moshi guan - which I did hear when cycling through the 2 modes (pressing right ear bud for 5 secs). Thats the closest i'll come to changing the language (or learning a little bit of a different language lol)

Thought i'd post a quick update - arrived on Tues (5 days delivery) - cost £2.98 so absolute bargain. used them yesterday on the conference call from hell - can confirm that connected to teams on a laptop they sound good, have decent audio, and a listen/talk time that lasted over 6 hours before one side beeped and went quiet, the other ear lasted 30 min more. They were comfortable enough that i had no discomfort at all ( I did pop the smallest of the earpieces on and they stayed put fine for office work - might go up a size for walking/jogging etc). All in all really pleasantly surprised at the quality and usability and a really reaaaaalllllly low price. can't understand why these arn't too hot to touch......(party)

Blimey, you had a conf call for over 6 hours?

Can this be used on a single ear bud for calls?

I did buy a pair of this, the last time a similar deal of this exact earbuds was listed. Can't say much about shipping time, as that's a separate comment. Mine took about 3 weeks to arrive. Your mileage will vary. Just here to comment about the earbuds themselves. Talking on it is decent. Music playback is decent. For how much they are, why not keep a spare pair around? And it's just that, good enough for a spare.
    Twistedxlyrics's avatar
Can't say much about shipping time but continue to do so.

Are these just headphones or is the a microphone built in as well?

Just curious does Ali express pay that VAT to UK government? (edited)
    steven5watson's avatar
It's a valid question. Whenever I buy something from Aliexpress. Say over the £30 mark they always arrive with the same duty liables on stating the contense are between £10 to £15. Even though some items are £100 AND I've been charged VAT at the purchasing end!
  9. 5YLH3T's avatar
    Thanks OP. Heat added.

Managed to get it for £2.55 delivered!

It’s often cheaper to change the default currency on AliExpress to USD as the prices are cheaper in USD then paying with a fee free card.

    how.did you get 45p off?
  10. daveB67's avatar

For those that don't know Singles Day is the Chinese equivalent of Black Friday

Also another thing to note, minimum for free delivery on selected items including this is £8 so grab something extra as your basically getting it free

Using a new account, and showing at £3.00 but when I go to pay they're £10. Is there a promo code, or should discount automatically apply at checkout?
    Tadpole78's avatar
Actually, tried again using paypal and it went through as £3, but for some reason when trying to use google pay it come up £10. Thanks OP!

My one's arrived today, 5 days after purchase.....They are excellent....surprisingly excellent. I have a number of ear buds, that are much more expensive, these give them a run for their money. (edited)

Acceptable audio quality. Any luck with changing the language to English. My Chinese is a bit rusty
    buyer101's avatar
    Kai = gaming mode
    Guan = music

I've not yet found a way to successfully change the language to English after searching and attempting what google has suggested.

What’s the microphone like ? I guess what I need is accurate down facing mic that doesn’t pick up tv or game noise . I use one AirPod in ear and it’s excellent with discord noise cancellation. I could have a full surround system at full blast and people hear just me just fine
    CMoore23's avatar
Yeah I had a call yesterday with them, first person was like yep all good

Then got transferred and the 2nd person was like, are you outside? Nope in my office

The sound is great, I paid a fiver, but rival some of the 10-20 efforts I've had off Amazon
  22. drkdeath5000's avatar
Genuinely amazed at the sound quality of these can't go wrong for £2.88
    5YLH3T's avatar
Totally agree - I use them for MS Teams calls and find the quality and microphone is much better than my galaxy buds 2. Noticed there’s a lag with the galaxy buds but not with these!
