    Everybody buying these will be googling ' buds 2 Pro falling out of my ears' within 2 weeks guaranteed 😄 they are so bad man samsung did a terrible job on the design of these. They sound amazing but you have to poke them back in every 5 minutes, very frustrating at the gym.

    Exactly the same issue with the previous Galaxy Buds Pro version - I only came on this one to see if anyone mentioned it with the Pro 2 given the design I believe is very similar.

    I got a pair of Jabra Active 8s and they do not budge in the gym...at all!

    I am after another set for more all day use for work which the Jabras are definitely not ...unless you go for the Elite 10s but was hoping the buds pro 2 would be too.

    I had to get rid of mine for this very reason and bought a different pair instead and they are fine, the quick fix for this is to buy different tips but they didn't stay in my ears as good.

    The link doesn't work but I know the issue you're referring to. Reddit is full of threads about this if you search.

    I experience it currently with my Buds Pro (1st gen), which is stopping me from buying these :/

    Replacing the tips doesn't always work either as a FYI, the actual allergen is apparently in the nickel exposed sections for the charging port, plus the composite plastic material used to construct the buds.

    I replaced the tips of my Buds Pro with different non silicon foam type ones and I still have problems that cause itchy ears.

    Shame because these are awesome products otherwise, but I have to now stick to over ear headphones for the majority of my listening time.

    these Samsung cashback promo's are great. I got Galaxy Buds Pro (original version) 2 years ago paid £129 from Amazon and got £50 cashback from Samsung relatively quickly. The earbuds themselves are fantastic

    If I hadnt managed to get mine back from Prague Airport Lost and Found (Got lucky and found them for 50 on FB marketplace new, someone get them as a freebie in a deal), I would grab these.

    Damn, I had it in my basket but thought I'd get it from Currys and use some vouchers I had. The price has shot up to £219 from £149 last night. Now Amazon also gone up for the graphite colour. 🤦🏻‍♂️😡

    I've the buds pro, I upgraded from huawei freebudds. Omg what a mistake. They sound better but you're putting them in, literally every 5 mins. If you bend over they fall out.

    I was hoping the pro 2 would be better but reading here they're the same.
    Even for the price I'd chose another type.

    No issue with my Buds Pro, been using them a couple years every day and rarely have to fix them back in.

    Had the original Buds pro and they were absolutely terrible, just falling out my ears all the time. Reading a few comments here it seems these are the same, it's a shame because in terms of the sound quality I really liked them.

    Had zero issues with any other earbuds.

    You just claim it off samsung directly via a web portal post-purchase, you need your receipt and IMEI.

    It's bulletproof though I've done it loads of times without issue.
