Very rare comment about Lebara
One of the good CS team to be very honest.
If you read members feedback in other posted Lebara deal, you will get the same essence.

I have just signed up to Lebara to run a side by side test against my standard EE sim. To date the tests appear to be that Lebara is about 40-50% slower on each element ( upload, download, ping, jitter). The cost savings don’t warrant the efficiency losses.

It runs on vodafone so pretty sure your tests are wrong.

Just went on to chat and spoke with Mozana who arranged the change from my 12gb deal that cost £6.90 a month to the new 30gb deal for £8.95. Been very happy with Lebara especially as they have not raised their prices like most companies and with EU calling included

I’m with lebara told me they couldn’t do this as it only for new customers so you’d lose your existing number unless you transfer away then back again

Not a special price really. They’ve been like this for ages. Amazing value, but nothing new. I’ll add heat because it’s still cheaper than the incumbents.

Hi all - can anyone advise, would a DATA+VOICE SIM work in a router or do companies have ways of telling if a SIM is only being used for data and is it against their TOS? I quite often see DATA+VOICE deals offer more DATA per ££ than pure DATA SIMs? I need to set one up for a friend but its been a while since I've done it myself.

Yes it would work. They can tell from the usage but don't see why they would care. There's no obligation to call anyone

Fairly pleased with Lebara for the past year at home and abroad but pretty sure the signal, particularly indoors, is not as good as Voda. Not sure they use all the same bands or whether Voda prioritise themselves over Lebara when there is contention.

Right now on that (last month), soon I'm switching to 15GB for £1 pm for 6 months
