The 2 for £10 offer is available to Octopus customers who have opted in to Octoplus. Each Octoplus member can claim one x 2 for £10 tickets each week. You will be issued one voucher code that can be redeemed for the 2 for £10 offer.
The voucher code can be redeemed for two standard 2D cinema tickets. Upgrades are payable for other film formats and seat types (see below).
The 2 for £10 offer entitles you to: two tickets for £10, this can be a mix of adult and child. Please consider the age restrictions of the film you are wanting to watch. The voucher code can be redeemed in cinema at the ticket kiosk or online (including via the myODEON app).
If you book online (including via the myODEON app), the cinema ticket redeemed using the voucher code will incur an online booking fee of £1 per ticket, for the avoidance of doubt with the 2 for £10 offer the booking fee will be £2. The online booking fee will apply for any additional tickets in the same transaction.
The voucher code is not valid on 3D; IMAX; ISENSE; Gallery; Dolby; Premier seats or any other premium priced seat, unless you pay an upgrade fee. The upgrade fees vary per cinema. Voucher codes are not valid on VIP Beds and no upgrade fee can be applied.
The 2 for £10 offer can only be used against standard cinema tickets in the UK.
The voucher code is valid at all NON LUXE ODEON cinemas in the UK. I escalated this as a complaint they now have made me an appointment in march
So register a formal complaint and they should comply

Yes I'm on the tracker tariff for the past year
Also be aware that their cheap overnight EV tarriff increases your electric price outisde those hours compared to other tarrifs. They bury this info in the T&C's

You have to book online, seems to be the same price at selected cinemas
They say they get a lot of calls outs for faults on them.
I wouldn't have one anyway due to other issues such as RF emissions
