I am sad to say but I am 'done' with Morrisons. Every time we see offers online and go into our local stores (2) the prices differ from those online and are often different in each store . When we question the prices the staff say 'it must be an online only offer' or 'prices in store are at the managers discretion'. Both myself and my husband have emailed the 'ceo' and whilst they (whoever answers the mails) agree that there are certain offers that are online and others that are just in store they should be the same right across the board and 'at the manager's discretion' does not happen in Morrisons stores! We have also taken snaps of the freezers (both stores/several times) which are either defrosting leaving soggy boxes and pools of water on the floor or they are frozen up so much that you sometimes have to fight to get the produce out We were told 'I will look into it'. Many months later the freezers are still the same. It used to be one of our favourite stores :-(. We now shop elsewhere. Although the pringles are a good price we are not going to waste our time visiting the stores, but good luck to anyone who finds this offer :-).

Had the same problem with their own brand crisps which were supposed to be 99p rather than £1.35, the staff member insisted it would come off when I started shoving money into the self service till but it didn't... she was getting a bit stroppy when I pointed that out, as if I was lucky to be able to buy their crisps at any price, but sent me off to customer service - luckily no queue - who refunded the difference. Worst sales staff in the small, local Sainsbury though, all but snarling at me for some imagined offence to her existence. (edited)

Advertised in store yesterday, till didn't reduce to 1.25...went to customer service she said offer was from 2.25 to 1.85 so I asked for a refund instead a bought a couple tubes
