Reviews don't look great
All Jaybird Discounts, Offers and Sale - June 2018
4 hours isn't bad but besides its still a great deal. If someone's selling a can of Carling for 10p it's a great deal despite me thinking it's pißwasse
People who want more battery life I imagine. Just a punt though
Also who is voting this cold?
Ok, as shockclown says they are brilliant in everyway except for the battery life
How are these compared to the X2 or X3? Does anyone know?
I have Jaybird Freedoms and the lack of AptX isn't an issue, they are still a stunning set of earphones.
:( ah man! ... looks like deal is over. Saw these too late.. Green was my fav colour out the lot too.
Good job they have a 2 year warranty then !!
Running, various stuff at the gym. I didn’t find them very sweat proof. I got about 6 weeks of use out of each pair
Are these an upgrade on Beats X? I’m happy with the ones I have but I’m sick of replacing the ear tips (annoyed)
They ain't even headphones.
Are you an Amazon rep?
Under review by amazon so not on sale by them directly
Unfortunately amazon are flooded with fake sellers at the moment so wouldn’t risk big money on stuff like these or perfumes that are often counterfeit.
That was a joke right?
If you say so
I got them and they are really good. The sound app which you can download for that is excellent. I used Beats before and the sound quality is so much better on these. Also for the price, it’s a steal .. I was ready to shell out 89£ @ currys for these
Great deal. i will be aiming to buy these jays, when they come out next month though https://www.jaysheadphones.com/products/a-six-wireless their wired earphones have been great
Good find and great price .. Thanks for sharing
Great price, but I'd go for the X3 's if possible. At this price though, it's hard to argue
Wireless communication, or sometimes simply wireless, is the transfer of information or power between two or more points that are not connected by an electrical conductor. You should have Googled it ... unless you were trying to be hardly funny ;)
I know this deal is with Amazon. If you see them cheaper or other Jaybird products on eBay. Jaybird won't honour the warranty.
Bought these for the same price on black friday and rival my shure 215's on sound quality. Just make sure you get the app as the out of the box sound isn't bad just a lot better once you customize it using the app. The only bad thing about these is the charging connector as it's a proprietary clip on thing.
I have these headphones, I think there amazing. It took me a while to get used to how they fit, but once I figured it out I dont have any problems any more. Heat :D
I ordered these earlier for £58 like new from amazon warehouse but argos have similar headphones for 59.99, the freedom special edition ones. The only real difference I saw while researching them both was that the freedom ones have an added 4 hour clip-on charger to the already 4 hours on the headphones but everything else is very similar. If I had not seen the warehouse deal I would have ordered them for the cheaper price. I gave you heat anyways.
These are the best earphones for running imo. I use them with foam ear tips and wear them over ear. Incredibly comfortable, sound amazing, very secure fit, water resistant, great battery life. I bought them at full price when they came out and consider them worth every penny
Also available on Prime Now with 2 hours free delivery
Any good for running in? Would there be any benefit to replacing my Skullcandy methods
A cracking deal. I’d say the only problem is that you need their supplied adapter to charge them instead of just plugging straight in with micro usb.
Argos is doing jaybird freedoms for £59.99 if anybody wants a slightly cheaper set.
I had a pair of Jaybirds, but I found the little "fins" really uncomfortable and never really kept the earbuds in my ear during exercise. They will probably come with two or three different sizes, so play around with them to try to get the right fit. I ditched them for some Plantronics Backbeat Go 2 earbuds, which - apart from only holding about two full hours of charge - I find to be much more comfortable, and are still going strong after three years of daily use. I'm only sharing this (rambling, boring) story in case you're thinking of getting these as a gift - hopefully the recipient will get a better fit than I managed!
I got these on black Friday, great sound once you adjust the equaliser on the phone app. If you use it on a pc don't put the Bluetooth adaptor anywhere near a WiFi adaptor because the signal will keep going. Sometimes it will go into hands free for no reason for a couple of seconds, turn off hands free if you're using it on a pc and it won't do this. Great pair of earphones though.
Yeah I just noticed that, but I'd still prefer to pay the extra £4.96 for the extra year's warranty tbh.
They've been fine for me, I said above I think they are light as they come with less foam tips. But you can get them for like £2 on Amazon :)
They have slighly less tips, the only difference I can see, think this is the 'light'.
Anyone know if these are worse than the x3 cant find many reviews of the light version anywhere?
Are these the normal Freedoms or not? The box seems to say 'special edition', does that mean 'crappy edition'?
Just tried mine. They sound great and fit well. Really pleased with them. There's no foam tips in the box
Great price. Heat. I have the x2 and love them, but now use AirPods
I would say the MDR 1000x's are superior.
Thanks, Got these for £69.99 with Student10. Im a bit of an audiophile (but not overly so) and i needed something practical for the Gym,
Had these. Horrible dropouts. Signal couldn't handle phone being in back pocket of running shorts.
Yeah it's £91.89 now, slightly cheaper. Well I'm happy some people got to notice the deal, I've been waiting for a price drop on these for a long time!
Thanks for posting, I thought it was a good deal. Just checked on my order and noticed the price has dropped a couple of quid more.
I've got the original X, best of the in-ear BT headphones I tried. great for running. if these are as good, this is a great price for great headphones
Amazing headphones use everyday in the gym. Good price for them too HOT!!!
No idea, I thought it was a good deal, that's why I shared the link. :|
Dissapointed with what?
Got these. I know sound is subjective but disappointed with them.
Got email saying black ones are to be dispatched today so don't have to wait 2-4 weeks now :)
People probably not willing to pay this for earphones when they can get some for £20-£30 , problem is they don't last and terrible battery life
I don't know why this is going cold. I don't suppose anyone can find it for cheaper?
Tried a pair of Beats X, the way they pair is great tech, but the way they sound I'd awful. £10 earbuds from Xaiomi sound leagues better.
I think a lot of these type of headphones will drop with the beats x on the market.
That's because you can swap left and right using the MySound app. Not sure why anyone would want to do that but you can. Maybe it's something to do with wearing them over or under ear?
That's all well and good, but they don't seem to be marked left and right. I'd be there all day trying to work out which ear to put each bud in :)
Although not cheaper than X3, still good price. Heat added.
Nope, x3s are £109.99 from jaybird. http://www.jaybirdsport.com/shop/x3-product/ . Tried to post it but hukd says it's a non UK deal so was rejected ( shipped from Holland). I got them in 3 days and they are awesome!
Bluedio CI3's are worth a look if you enjoy music on the go. The only problem is getting a good earbud seal.
Sold mine because the bluetooth connection was so weak that it would constantly drop out if I had the phone in the rear pocket of my shorts. I mean seriously, that's the most common place to keep a phone these days. Nearly all running shorts have a large phone sized pocket there, so when designing sports bluetooth earphones you'd expect a stable connection in that location. Just utter pants. Sound quality is woeful too for the price. Honestly, just woeful. For 2016 you want a lot more for your money. Also got sick charging them all the time. I'll go BT headphones again when they last a couple of weeks solid and have a strong connection and decent sound quality and don't cost a small fortune. £50 should be enough these days with the price of components being what they are.
I had these, however left ear died after 1.5 year. Bluebuds or x2 is better for value/money - if music quality, durability and battery life is important for you. I have 2 different £20ish clones similar to these but overall quality is nowhere near. I have been using Bluebuds just over 2 years now - no issues, apart from a small piece of plastic has came off from the charger port's door ( has no effect on the functionality )
They might be facing competition from similarly designed bluetooth headphones from Anker and MPow that costs between £25 and £16
Not sure why this has been downvoted so hard, they are currently EUR 134,21 (£104.77)
How do you work out that currency exchange
Looks like DanTheManc`s deal isn`t worth a toy tank (_;)
If you don't need the wireless technology anyone now how these stack up to a pair of phonak 112 or rha 750
Was so close to buying these last year but went for the LGTone +,better battery life was the only thing that swung it for me,had they been this price I would have snapped them up,heat added
Not had this model, but the Bluebuds X seem to have good build quality, had mine for about 6 months and no issues
reading reviews seem good quality sound but few mention about the build quality not being great, anyone confirm who's got/had a pair?
They look like a repackaged sonixx x-fit, which are v good but much cheaper, think I got them for £38.
