(lol) (lol) Ear rabbit

SiddiqurTareq

I have been using on my macbook- no issue but it really uncomfortable.

SiddiqurTareq

Got them today, the ear fin are really uncomfortable. I was using jabra pulse and JBL reflect mini, both of these died few weeks ago. Definitely not comfortable! Also the extra rechargeable battery block makes even worse feels like it's gonna pull ear off. Also I did get some sound distorted sounds sometimes.

LM290

Potentially an IOS issue, so if you have android there may not be an issue. Very comfortable set of earphones. Would have kept them if it were not for the lip sync issues.

Great wireless earphones. RRP £169.99. Price for a new pair seems awesome. Also available in white.

I’ve tried and reviewed most of the current crop of truly wireless pods and in my opinion, the Jabra Elite Sport are best for sporting applications where you may get very sweaty, need comfort, great battery life and very clear calls. Music sound is not as crisp as much higher end models but the app has very flexible equaliser functionality. Just don’t pay rrp ...

PittancePincher

Jabra Elite 65t True Wireless which by most reviews sites seems the better headphones are £109.99 for titanium black ones might be a better proposition. However voted hot for price of these which were indeed £169.99 in most places only a few days ago

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201889410 Dude, it's Amazon. I literally just returned my WH1000XM2s because they were broken (they weren't) to buy the XM3s and they were so apologetic they gave me £15 credit towards the new pair. My brother also had a watch with a 2 year warranty, 4 years after buying it he complained to Amazon who accepted a full refund as if it was nothing. I had my XM2s for about 9 months. They bend over backwards for people. Stop being facetious and just accept that Amazon are a glutton for punishment, tech or not.

PUGSTER1978

Yes, every few seconds they flash. I think most most do?

popoyaya

Do they light up in your ears when in use? Don't fancy walking about at night with lit up ears, lol.

Thanks .. :)

I've had them. I thought they were good but then I bought some Bose equivalents and there was no comparison. So before Bose I thought they were great. Depends on what you are used too. Problem with jaybirds is they have lots of faults and I got through 3 pairs in 4 years as they didn't last. About a year into Bose now so I'll see how they go

chrisredmayne

Yeah my x3s were very flat but once you change the settings in the app they are a lot better. Took a lot of listening to find comfortable buds too but I think I'm good now!!!

topdealman

Had these excellent sound and value , but upgraded to AirPods which I prefer

Neil_Coombes

Just to let anyone interested know, the main difference between the special edition and the normal version is that the special editions don't include the comply earbuds, just the silicone ear tips and only in small and medium sizes so keep this in mind if you think this could be an issue for you. Heat for the price!

b1g1an

My lad's got them and they are dire out of the box but if you use some crazy looking EQ settings through the associated app they are quite acceptable.

Yeah, I use them mainly for the gym and cycling. I don't use the treadmill at the gym but I skip, they're not too bad and stay in most the time. They do come with wing-tips to help stay in, haven't tried whilst using them yet. Haven't had any problems with sweat as yet, I don't tend to sweat excessively but enough. Hope this helps, great set of earphones though, 5 min charge lasts 2 hours of playback which is extremely handy.

markovanbaston

Do you use the Beats X in the gym / running? How have they fit and lasted with sweat etc?

Gilmanez

Must admit if I almost bought these and would have at £50 but I personally opted for Beats X and must say I'm extremely happy with them. The sound is great and I'd recommend hands down.

tropicocitwo

I love the sound quality, and customisation in terms of both sound profile and how you can wear them...but they're flawed. I'm on my 3rd pair at the moment, and they have a fatal flaw where the battery randomly holds a charge around 50% less than it should. I used to get a good 4 or so hours on one charge when listening at a high volume, every set I've owned would eventually start lasting only 2 :(

Husamx

Not a big fan. After spending weeks on YouTube reviews i bought a pair for £109, when they first came out. Tbh there's nothing special about them other than giving me headaches

Argos is doing jaybird freedoms for £59.99 if anybody wants a slightly cheaper set.

Xemorph

I got these on black Friday, great sound once you adjust the equaliser on the phone app. If you use it on a pc don't put the Bluetooth adaptor anywhere near a WiFi adaptor because the signal will keep going. Sometimes it will go into hands free for no reason for a couple of seconds, turn off hands free if you're using it on a pc and it won't do this. Great pair of earphones though.

fuz

Yeah I just noticed that, but I'd still prefer to pay the extra £4.96 for the extra year's warranty tbh.
