Does this support NFC for Google Wallet? I have a Pixel Watch that works great for this purpose, but the battery life isn't great

No it doesn't, so you might want to reconsider. But for me the trade off of NFC for over a weeks battery life is well worth it to me. Takes me all of ten seconds to take my card out my wallet and put it back in again. Personally, I'm not fussed over the whole paying by NFC when it's almost as quick just using my bank card, but I do understand it's something that many prefer.

No, I was looking at getting one , but doesn't seem much different to 2nd one , got a Samsung galaxy one, you can reply to messages, battery life is terrible though

Yes but the sync is limited (no HR data for example last time I tried). I just use the health sync app which has always worked an absolute treat to sync them perfectly.

how is this in comparison to Coros Pace 2 in general?
On a separate note -Am I correct that Huawey does not connect with Polar h10?

No idea about Coros, but if I'm no wrong, display on Coros is quite low pixel density.

Also yes, you can pair H10 polar. You probably won't need it, as the one in the watch is quite accurate

I'm looking for a watch for my Dad..he doesn't necessarily want the smart functions but wants the heart rate monitor etc. Is this a good watch for an Android using technophobe? 😁

I've been looking at ones with good heart rate monitors. Apple seem to be the best but also most expensive and only worth it if you have a iphone.

This guy is the best on youtube for the heart rate monitor reviews within smartwatches. He has documented the results of the majority of watches and ranks them. The new Huawei 4 is yet to be reviewed by him though:
