Cooking Instructions - General

Microwave - From Chilled

• 750W 6 mins, 30 secs
• 900W 6 mins
• Remove all packaging.
• Place on microwaveable plate.
• Cook on high (100%).
• Guide for one pack only

Oven cook - From Chilled

• Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25 mins
• Preheat oven
• Remove all packaging.
• Place on preheated baking tray.

Storage
For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 1℃ to +5℃. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing. This product has been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze on day of purchase and use within three months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Safety Warning:
Contains bones. Take care when removing product from oven or microwave as juices produced during cooking will be particularly hot.
