I got told they did not stock 100ml so couldn’t send it. Whilst on the phone to the adviser I added 100ml to my basket to prove they stocked it and was told to order it myself if I wanted it. Fuming, it seems they treating customers differently!
After calling them,I was asked to send in my original email which shows 100ml had been ordered. Just received an answer “Please return it back to us for a full refund” , and nothing else. Not happy at all.
I've just sprayed it and on first sniff I think it smells very like Coco Mademoiselle Parfum (extrait - which I am lucky enough to have a tester of!). There's another note in there, though, not being a notes expert it's hard to say, but many say Intense has Tonka Bean prominent, which original CM doesn't have.
I've opened my 50ml haha...too late. I only saw Pweda's reply after I'd opened the bottle. Haven't squirted it yet, going to keep it for later.
If you call and say you want to exchange for the 100ml ,im sure they will let you send this 50ml back,and hopefully give you 100ml for £116 ,but let you keep the £41 refunded already. I haven’t received my order yet,but I’m thinking of calling to ask if I send the 50ml back ,can I get the 100ml without paying extra.
