Easy bus transfer London to Stansted, Luton & Gatwick from £1.99 and operated by National Express (on National Express website same transfer is £10)
To be fair myself and my daughter used this service but operated by National Express in December.I was very hesitant as I'd nothing but bad reviews. But to their credit, on both legs, we were able to catch earlier buses as we were super early and hadno issues at all. You can catch the bus an hour either side of your scheduled time if there is room on the bus/coach. I just wanted to put another view out there as I hadn't read any positives

I believe it's different companies running it in different parts of the …I believe it's different companies running it in different parts of the UK. I tried the Manchester one, which actually consisted of me giving them money to leave me stranded at the airport. Cost me a fortune to get home and I've never even received an apology, let alone a refund.

Had the same thing in Paris, never again!
We booked easybus last year. They failed to mention to us (and the 20 other people waiting at Waterloo for a 5am bus) that it wasn't stopping there for 2 weeks (even though the ticket stated the stop). Taxi to the airport wasn't cheap. No contact possible except through post to request a refund. Awful.
Some London drop-offs are served by Airport Bus Express instead. Booked trips directly with National Express for £8 return the other day for Liverpool St- Stansted at the end of April, roughly same times are £14 return with EasyBus. Used to use EasyBus but went off them when it was a pain in the arse trying to find out where the buses left from when they changed from using the Stansted coach park.
Left us stranded, repwas no help, contact numbers were no use and emails weren’t responded to. We payed a lot more than £1.99 too. Once we were home and called to complain they were just as bad. Not worth the stress, not worth risking missed flights.

You need to input the code into the "Voucher ID" box and the "Security code" section following the instruction and image to the right of the booking window. (http://nationalexpress.com/promotions/partners/wuntu.aspx). Made it so you have to copy and paste as I have problems trying to click the hyperlink as HUK add their ref link and lead me to a 404 page. If you are a three customer then you can download the Wuntu app and get a code however if not you will either have to order a free sim and then pop it in and download the wuntu app and get a code or use one of the codes on this page if not already used (i can PM one if needed eggwich). Terms and conditions can be found here https://threemicrosites.co.uk/rewardstermsandconditions which state that the code can be used on any date up until the 13th of May (Excluding Easter Hols) and the code itself expires on the 06.03.18. This however differs to the national express terms on their own website which say "This offer can be redeemed by Wuntu customers up to 28th February 2018". Cheers for your explanation.
Welp seems like no more codes even tho it states unlimited.

Link doesn't seem to work for me.
I imagine a journey time of at least eight hours. Even with a couple of service station breaks, that's still unbearable.

However, I'm voting this hot as it appears to be the cheapest legal option.
once upon a time... megabus did £1 fares for this route as it is now £18, this national express deal £12 is cheap and for a more comfortable seat
Using "airtime rewards" with a linked credit or debit card you can earn an additional 4% cashback on your phone bill. It stacks with all other cashback offers ie Quidco/TCB and bank rewards programmes.

I plan to go to newcastle again this summer and wander around the city centre shopping area.I have never been to leeds. I hear people say newcastle is really nice, but i have never heard people say the same thing about leeds. They just say it is busy

Iv lived in Yorkshire, near Leeds, for about five years and had never heard good things in particular about the area but knew there were jobs.

However, when getting here I was amazed at all it has to offer. Yep Leeds is busy but has every shop you could want. The outskirts however are lovely and easy to get to - the countryside, parks such as Temple Newsam and Roundhay, stately homes such as Lotherton Hall and Harewood House.

Don’t let the lack of overall enthusiasm put you off giving it a go

I drive from Teesside so I usually go travel A1 then I park for free not far from Newcastle Central train station. I then avoid the really busy traffic plus I know of people who have gone into bus lanes by mistake and had hefty fine. There was a lot moaning about it other year that Newcastle Council had gained loads of money in fines.

I prefer getting a Go North East bus to Newcastle from here however I wish they ran them later, last bus back about 8pm.

I used NE for the very first time in about over 20 years. Got to bus station looked at electronic timetable showing about a dozen or so coaches, all on time! Mine shows "see member of staff"! Knew it was too good to be true! Staff "broken down at Manchester, will send transfer to take from Liverpool to Manchester to get another to London, waited over an hour! Then stuck in scheduled major development on main artery in/out of Liverpool onto motorway, for another hour! Eventually arriving almost 3 hours late into London so a 5 hours was almost 8 hours! Return was on time until Manchester delayed getting through as Major fire city center, another hour late through to Liverpool! I can't believe NE didn't know about the development roadworks leaving Liverpool which was well planned months ago! Why they couldn't use alternative route as the return coach did! No apologies given by any NE staff! Only positive was the seat's are very comfortable and plenty of legroom especially for a daddy long legs like myself! I emailed a complaint but after a week no reply so I phoned, was offered a return ticket valid for 6 months anywhere in UK. I'm not sure if I would be considering being a paying customer anytime soon!

It was incredibly painful. On another drunken occasion, I jumped from a 1st-floor window. I landed on my coccyx, breaking it. A couple of my friends thought it was the best thing they'd ever seen. I regretted it immediately, and then for weeks afterwards as it slowly healed. God, that hurt.On one other occasion, peer pressure lead me to take an overnight sleeper from Edinburgh to London. This stands in my mind as by far the worst of the three incidents. Words cannot describe the boredom and the discomfort, and you'd be a better man than I if you're able to sleep through it.Just pay the extra and fly.
