About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
As it says on the tin - worth noting that the monthly cost will go up by RPI + 3.9% in April, but this looks like a great deal nonetheless. You will have to go through the uSwitch site directly as HUKD seems to be blocking it as they can't affiliate above uSwitch (who are an affiliate).

Existing contracts can be upgraded & keep existing SIM. Recommend setting £0 spend limit cap for no surprise phone bills.
If you get an error when trying to upgrade, it's probably because you don't have an active DD set up. Call CS to reactivate, & then sign up for this deal.
£12 potential topcashback available too (but likely to be declined)
Don't forget if you upgrade & have multiple SIMS, to continue with the multi sim discount you need to text from each mobile:
Text LOYALTY (listing all your mobile phone numbers) to 21500 from your existing number, within 28 days

just to share an opinion/advice, if you ever needed to call 101 / 111 there is a small charge of something like 15p for the call, if you set your limits to £0, you wont be able to make this important call. i would recommend the lowest available charge after £0, usually £5 or £10, I hope this helps.
Do they have Wi-Fi and 4g calling
When does the contract start on the day you order or when you put the SIM card in
I assume if you're not happy you can cancel with in the first 14 days
Do they allow three-way calling
TIA
Billing will start on the day your order ships (when you receive the sim dispatch email), which may or may not be the day you place the order.
Yes 14-day cool off cancellation period is standard across all networks/contracts.
Not sure about 3-way calling though sorry.
me and OH were both on the £5 2GB offer. multi save made that £9 until the RPI took it higher. so now both upgraded to this £5 plan.
having kept the same numbers do we have to do the texting things again? would this be done when the new contract is active which i believe is midnight tonight?
thank you and thank you OP.
I'm presuming you have to wait for the plastic sim to arrive in the post so you can use the o2 app to request the eSim?
"I’m a Virgin Media broadband customer with Volt benefits (as a result of living with an O2 Pay Monthly plan customer)
When your household is with both Virgin Media and O2, you’ll get supercharged speeds, data and WiFi. That means double the mobile data on every eligible O2 Pay Monthly plan in your household. A broadband speed boost to the next available level (if you aren’t already on the fastest speeds you can get in your area) and up to 3 WiFi Pods (if needed) at no extra cost. And O2 Travel Inclusive Zone, so you can use your O2 phone or sim in 75 destinations, at no extra cost." (edited)
can i add husband if he gets one under his name, or do all of the contracts need to be under me?
we all need to pac our numbers in too
thanks
2. Text Loyalty using sim 2 and 3
3. Sims need to be registered at the same billing address

Secondly can I have multiple of this sim card and get double data on all of them?
Thanks in advance.
The doubling of O2 data is done automatically - can't recall now - but allow 2 weeks. The doubling will apply to all O2 Sims on your account. The O2 and Virgin accounts need to have the same surname and address. The Virgin Broadband speed upgrade is also automatically upgraded and take about the same time from memory. (edited)
Ps2 it’s unlikely TCB will work (£12) if you are an existing customer. It should if you are switching INTO O2

It's only offering me 3 months Disney+ as an extra in my account. No Amazon Prime or anything else.
How do you get Amazon prime free for 3 months - assuming it's still available.
I imagine there’s a way to get the family discount afterwards, even though they’re currently on separate accounts?

I'm trying to upgrade an existing number which I've done plenty before when a new good deal comes through.
Now it's stating upgrade the number for £47 or wait until November 2023
I've got DD set up and everything. Can you no longer change tariff mid contract ?
If o2 have messed up my credit score in any way over a measly £5 per month SIM I'm not going to be happy.
I have an o2 sim already (last year) which my son uses. My speed was boosted from 250mb to 350mb. With a new sim will they boost my BB again? (edited)
Once your circumstances change you may be able to make a new application but this one would be considered closed.
If you already have a line or lines with o2 they usually allow a revisit for a new application after 3-6 months of acceptable conduct on the account, if it's for other credit file issues it would need the credit file issues to be resolved.
(there's no issues whatsoever with my payment cards)
I've tried Google search and come up with answers like your 1st top up has to be an e top-up or a top up you buy from a corner shop which seems a bit ridiculous.
I've tried phoning but it's almost impossible to get to speak to someone, having waded through all the automated stuff it just rings unanswered, beginning to think I've dodged a bullet here wondering what mess they'd go on to make of PACing my number in if I could get that far.
Has anyone else had this issue ?
Regards
Thanks guys , yeah I should have worked this "why" expired when it's still live , it's only as I checked earlier then couldn't find it later. Wonder who expired it (edited)

I've been with O2 for many years and had excellent data speeds and service in my locality in the 4G days.
Now on 5G I get sub 4G service with similar issues described in this thread.
Voice calls seem unaffected though.... if this continues I may actually have to talk to people through my phone
