@jnm21 how can I switch over to the 21gb plan for £7.95?
jnm21
Wait until you run out of data OR the last day (valid until date shown in MyLebara) of your current plan. Log in, then use the magic link below (3rd link). Just scroll down, clicking show more, until you come to the tariff you prefer. When you click buy now, select existing SIM & you should see the appropriate number (or be asked to select one, if you have multiple SIMs on the account).
I'll pop a link to a couple of other older threads too. Shout back if you need more help.
Can I buy two of these, activate one now and then one in 90 days time to take over? I am not bothered about keeping number. Also, should I switch 'auto renew' on until first SIM is due to expire, or does this not matter? I heard you need to leave this on to avoid being charged full price the second month???
Mr.Plow
The 90 days bit would be a risk you'd have to take as the official line is you should activate the sim within 30 but on most Lebara deals on here people comment they've been able to much longer. You definitely have to have it auto renew to keep the discounted price, that includes turning it off then back on again, if you turn it off you'll lose the discounted price.
Edit....just thought I'd add, I'd probably not bother buying two, I know you'd only lose £1.99 anyway if you couldn't activate the deal after 90 days but there's always a Lebara deal available it's a bit like the DFS sale but for Sims. (edited)

It says "20GB 5G Data" but there is no 5G coverage in my area. Does the 20GB allowance include 4G networks?
Toffees76
Yes

Just noticed Lebara has a very overzealous Vodafone content filter (file hosts etc) on by default which requires a third party to remove, while Lyca has no such restrictions. First win for Lyca, but it's quite a big one. (edited)

A VPN can get round this

Shame it's not 6 months, currently paying £3.18 for 21gb data with lebara, on the 2nd month (edited)

Only MSE deals get 6 months. For 20GB data a really good price. You can get this one now as u can activate in 90 days anyway, so once 21GB offer finishes u can start using this.

It's weird how I can't select "Paypal" as payment when I use Firefox- I had to switch to Chrome. Seem to remember the same thing happened last time I bought a Lebara SIM...
Jon_Red
Also when does this offer expire?
Josu
Where I can see when latest this can be activated ?)
Mr.Plow
That question always crops up on Lebara deals, the official answer from Lebara is 30 days but comments on here suggest longer up to 90, I'm pretty sure I read one the other day that someone said they'd had the SIM nearly six months and the offer still worked
BondF
When is the offer expiring?
adam.yacub
Does the roaming include Turkey
YSB
I was in Turkey ,and Turkey was not Included

Can you use the full 21GB in Europe on EU Roaming or is it capped at 12GB?
Cheers OP was looking for a sim for the next holiday

Have a lebara sim already, want this deal but not sure how to use it with the same number?
salbero1
Port out to say Lyca, once port has completed wait 24 hour then port back to new Lebara SIM
boredofthenonsense
Thanks great deal for holidays ordered

If you have an iPhone, just make sure your mobile network settings are changed, otherwise you might not get the full speed and your texts might have problems when sending.
Can I port my lycamobile number to Lebara part of this offer?
Android786
Yes
f3rgy15
are Asda mobile having issues with their PAC service? I’m trying to double port via text however it’s not generating the code
Mr.Plow
I had that back in August when the famous Lebara 1p deal was on, can't remember the wording on the return text from Asda mobile but I reluctantly phoned them up instead.
(I say reluctantly as I really hate the why do you want to leave, you haven't even used it yet type questions, I said I thought you were still on EE the vodafone signal's terrible round here)

Just bought this and loged into the app, but it doesn't show a plan ans there's no auto renewal, so what happens after the first month?
Quaggy
I've just gone to sign up for this as the offer is still active. I've used Lebara before so I can't get past the first page as it says my email already has an account attached. I really want to use the same email. Is there a way I can do that?
dazzler3693
Use a different email address
Dom_D
Is this just for new customers or can returning customers use it?
Jon_Red
Returning customers can port out then port back in.
krazykush
Can this be added to a Lebara sim that I can buy from a supermarket for 99p, or does it have to be delivered as part of the order? Going abroad and could do with this, but won't arrive in time by post.
Jon_Red
As part of order I think.
P01N7
Trying to buy this but the discount isn't being applied in cart or checkout.
Gajos_
For me too.

Got an email today about auto renewal and cost for DD is like £8.99??
rwalto159
Guys, if I get this sim, or any other Lebara SIM, and use it on holiday abroad in Europe, can I use the whole 20gig or is it capped at a lower amount please?
premierfella
My understanding is that whilst they have a fair use policy of maximum 30GB when roaming, they also have some term about "average use over the last 120 days". Not sure how that would work in practice on a new SIM, or how aggressively they apply that, but they say they warn you before surcharging. Something to be aware of if your UK data usage is low.
Jon_Red
For this 3 month offer, can I buy the 1p Lyca sim now (just to ensure offer doesn’t run out) and use it to port to after 3 months? Or will it not work if not topped up. Do I have to activate and it’ll charge me 3p lol?How does it work?
ashyt16turbo
Does the data roll over?
How come Lebara are hiding this deal on their website? (edited)
Jon_Red
No, doesn’t roll over. No networks have that feature afaik apart from ID. Not on their website because it is an affiliate plan.
dovbusho
How does it work with eSIM? Thank you.
KIRK_LAZARUS
Thought only lyca did esim .. haven’t heard about lebara yet
CaptainRogers
I think I’ve seen wireless sim routers in the past or something like that. Could I put this sim in one and share the WIFI with the kids for an upcoming holiday. Also any recommendations for such a device?
steve252
Search for "4g router" and "5g router". Or you could use a mobile phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot.
Do we know when this one expires? Or if the 3 months starts from order or activation date?
mr.AK
Hi, does anyone know how to cancel Lebara sim auto renewal. It seems like a trap, on the website a number is there but incomplete and chat does not give any solution?
ashyt16turbo
Website login or app. For app tap Your Sims top left, manage your Sims, tap linked number, delink number.
Be aware this will cancel the current promo price. (edited)
