do not buy S24 128GB has slower memory, buy 256GB
    Mossab_Alghiryani's avatar
The base 128GB and 256GB versions of the vanilla S24 come with 8GB of RAM. You can also get the phone with 12GB RAM with 256GB and 512GB of storage. If you buy the base 8GB/128GB vanilla S24, you will end up with UFS 3.1 storage chips. We recommend getting the 256GB tier as a minimum so you can enjoy the faster UFS 4.0 storage.

Samsung only have the 8GB ram available right now, so even if you are 256GB you will be getting 8GB.

Great deal I got it for £575 with trading in my s21

I've got my S23 (not S24) in Dec for £284 including the earbuds after I traded in my S21. I know this is the latest model, but £300 more in comparison with S23 seems quite a bit. They gave me £210 for my S21. (edited)

I can’t even find any mobile phone to buy on the app?!!
    sheffield788's avatar
I had the same issue when I purchased my phone in Dec. Turned out I was using the wrong app. This is the one you need:

Code stacks with APP5 discount too
    davejones22's avatar
    In the voucher codes section
  5. Supersaint06's avatar
Doesnt seem to stack with students / key workers 15% discount which is a shame. Probably cheaper going for that if you have access. (edited)

I have an old S10 which takes like 5 hours to charge. Would it be eligible to trade in for £130? It's not clean what 'hold charge' means
    i2pm's avatar
Yes you can trade that in for "good working condition", as long as the screen isn't damage or has like screen burns. Hold charge means if you can at least charge the device and the battery actually charges. It doesn't matter if the battery is bad (doesn't last long).

Another option for those interested in the S23. Using employee portal, you can get 15% off plus an extra £150 off the S23. Before trade in this becomes £444.
    hoopy09's avatar
How do you get an extra £150 off and get it for £444?

Still disappointed they went back to using exynos chips in Europe
    realdeals's avatar
    Why?
My S24 performs very well Battery and Performance are all better than the 8 Gen 2.
My OP12 and S24 perform the same and only differance detectable is in gaming because of the lack of Dev optimisations as always, i read Samsung is working on it possibly a Huawei type thing .

Samsung are reported as going all in on the Exynos next year, they must be very confident of thr new Exynos and 5.5G resolving cell issues in the US.

Exynos 2400 beats the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Apple A17 Pro in GravityMark GPU tests

I went for the s23 256gb at £489 as read the Snapdragon chip is more reliable and proven. Wondering if I should I go for this now though m.
    superleeds27's avatar
    You made the right choice

Most it comes down for me is £683.14 with both codes apps24 + app5. 128gb sapphire blue. Can the extra £100 off even be an old nokia which is not a smartphone?
  11. mausam1's avatar
Not sure if I am doing anything wrong or inputting at wrong place, but the code is not working for me. (edited)
    Ghostdragon_21's avatar
    Are you using the app?

Just pulled the trigger on s24 ultra and grip case all for £860!!!! Result! Trade in s20fe which I totally forgot about and so that was 200 off that I didn't think I had!
  14. Gabariel's avatar
Can't imagine paying that much for a device so sub par to the last generation.

APPS24 has expired. Replaced by the free Tab 6 offer
    roadie's avatar
Damn this is better than the buds=do you reckon if i email SAMSUNG will they give me this rather than the buds2>?
  16. C0mbat's avatar
Lol! How does a deal get so much heat when the comments are almost exclusively about it not working?!
    Popmonts's avatar
People obviously aren't doing it right if you read the comments.. I've just done it, took me 2 minutes.

    ehh how?

Why is there no option to trade in the S23 FE, they've got all the other models listed?
    whathaveidonenow's avatar
Choose any S23. Then when you validate with imei should be ok
  24. Marty_O's avatar
Any idea why this doesn't look right?

I've not added in the £100 discount yet but have added a watch at £235.

With APPS24 AND APP5 Applied, it's still not the price shown in this post

It's giving you reward points so I would guess that the offers are clashing. Try buying without logging in?
  25. mrlivingabroad's avatar
52495912-nNYRT.jpgHave the trade in and APPS24 voucher applied and seemingly accepted, however the price only diwcpunts the £100 trade in for aome reason. The £699 price remains the same all the way through to check out. Not working for me, any ideas why?
    mrlivingabroad's avatar
52496062-KMLvk.jpgScrap my last post, I just dl the app and managed to stack the two codes along with the £100 trade for any broken samsung which came in at £594. 👌
  26. 20_times's avatar
tempted to trade in my s23 ultra for a regular s24 just to try a diff form factor. Has anyone on here done that or am I just mad?
    blobsy123's avatar
    You're mad!
  27. stotter's avatar
    Doesn't work
  28. That_lad's avatar
Not working for me either, it's saying please enter valid voucher code, I have added an s24 ultra!
    shkapars's avatar
Did you pick the online exclusive colours!?
  29. roadie's avatar
Ended up ordering a exclusive blue titanium colour, used the app5 code, a code of a site plus my birthday code.
Traded in a Samsung s3 watch for 105, a dud phone for £100 and got the galaxy watch 5 Pro Bluetooth version and a galaxy book 2 laptop for £1286.

My ne2phw ordered on his app so he got 12.86 back in reward points too.
    The_Magician's avatar
You have questioned a lot on my thread but haven't come back to admit it?
  30. Popmonts's avatar
Thanks. Got the ultra and buds pro 2 for 970
  31. Chammu's avatar
Coming to £683 with both codes?? Any idea why that would be?
