Just seen an offer on my sky app for Sky Cinema free for 28 days. £6 pm for 3 months.

Not sure this is going to be for everyone. Worth a look.

I have given up on sky "free trials" you spend hours on end trying to contact them to cancel anything, not worth the aggro!

When i get the hd trials i have to call them. With this though its 28 day trial but 31 day notice. So kinda defeats the purpose of a trial if the notice is longer than the trial. Im going to try call them and see what can be done.

Phoned earlier and was through to an advisor in under 10 minutes and was able to cancel it easily (although I ended up not cancelling , see my above reply to another poster).

Please note that i signed up to this myself just now and got 2 months free, not 4 weeks!

I was about to do it over the phone with the sky rep, but couldnt see it on his system, so i did it on the app. He saw it and told me its 2 months i got not 1 month, so ill call back mid august or just before to not lose the 2nd month so soon. Also reflects on my bill as price change in Septembers bill. So checks out! Great!

Tried the offer but it didn’t take. Noticed it’s been charged at 12 quid so called them. Ended up getting 2m free so set a reminder to cancel in a months time.

Saw this a week or so ago, it said that the offer was valid until 31 July so I left it until today to sign up as I couldn't use it last week. Gone to sign up today and guess what, it's disappeared!!

Edit: cleared cache and reopened the app and it's now showing, but won't let me sign up online so will have to call them. Now I need to decide if it's worth the hassle!! (edited)
