Been a few 128GB Micro SD cards around this price but not seen this one posted. I have one in my Android mobile and it's great not having to worry about space (yet) Only recently… Read more

With my usage I do a lot of writes to the card but speed isn't my first concern. I'd prefer to have a few cards fail than the phones internal storage, so a cheap cards great for me.

Depends what you're using it for - if it's going in a phone/tablet to be formatted as internal storage and used for installing apps then I would go with an A1 rated U1 card over a U3 card (unless I see some good random read benchmarks for the U3 card). If it's for storing/playing back media then yes, U3 over U1. Basically 'U' measures sequential read speed, which is important when it comes to reading a video file from beginning to end, and 'A' measures random read speed, which is more important when it comes to running apps.

Didn't bother with the dongle and didn't want to wait, ordered the OS and been using the jig method.

You got yours yet ;) Mine are incoming personally gonna wait for Samsung U3 to drop again.

i m easy dont worry i just cant stand cons... i know they are quite con artists using weird post method to get around customs... but when your ad say £30 basket and when you dont honor, i just mention it so you (others) learn...

Two different items taking value over £30 seems to work ok. Multiple of same item just gives discount on 1st item. Someone already posted this in a previous thread.

Ease man... take them to the court for this scam, jeeez

"BIRTHDAY SALE SAVE 15% when you spend £30 or more - With code BDAY15!" this is what it reads in the website... i dont see a fine print that says single item of 30 or multiple different combo totaling over 30... if you ask me, this is misleading without fine print, if there is fine print, then it is misleading big time as i cant see a link to fine print... website clearly says spend £30 and get %15 off... edit: t/c: Terms & conditions apply. Code BDAY15 must be used for the discount to apply, and will only apply when the basket value is £30 or over. Restrictions may apply. Again, very much mischief and misleading... basket value is £30 or over is what gives you misleading info again, and last sentence is to cover up their ass for missing multiple same item i m guessing... still dodgy... edit2: i found their T/C: "23. Code BDAY15 must be used for the discount to apply during our 15% Off Birthday Promotion, and will only apply when the basket value is £30 or over." there is no actual wording for restricting the code for multiple same items... it clearly says BASKET VALUE OF £30... go figure how dodgy this is...

Same here....dissappointing :( . Cancelled basket (poo)

I think that might have been just genuine human error/or computer error on their side. The company has been around for 15 years and has a very good reputation. But sorry to hear that happened.

This will be great for my Nintendo Switch - Ordered.

There's no tangible difference between them. If your card failed, that's just down to a poor quality card, bad luck etc. And about million other similar threads / articles on this issue.

I'm doing something similar, do you know how to transfer from one card to another? I want to replace the 64gb in my note 8 with this 128gb.

It'd work absolutely fine. Read speeds are good and you're unlikely to be writing above 30MB/s to it unless you have amazing internet so it'd be more than fast enough.

Would like to know this too. Would performance be ok or would we need some Ultra type?

Thanks for the reply, it ended up taking near 3 hours and was fine, we'll worth the time just in case.

Honestly can't remember exactly, but a 128GB will take a while. This HUKDer on this thread said their Samsung 128GB UHS-1 MicroSD took 6 hours (!) - obviously the speed of the card is a factor - but their card turned out to be defective. I run h2testw as soon as I take it out the pack and leave it running whilst I do other things. Not a good option if you want to use a card in a hurry, but worth it for peace of mind.

How long do these test normally take ? i bought the 128gb samsung evo plus from mymemory only using a usb 2 adapter tho and its been going for almost 20 minutes.

Would never buy a memory card off ebay no matter how good there feedback was, been done twice and they had better feedback than this and the reason they get great feedback is they sell things like screen protectors for penny's until there feedback looks good then bring out the big stuff and people fall for it like I did.

Personally, I wouldn't, but that's just me. Run h2testw when you get your card (I do anyway, no matter where I purchase from). I've been stung once with a fake memory card from an Amazon Third-Party Seller - way back in the Sony Pro Duo days - remember them? And swore it would never happen again. Amazon promised me they'd refund me all the way but didn't - the seller sent me a partial refund via cheque. Many years ago, though. Also, Sandisk Red/Silver cards were notorious for failure - not sure about newer batches - I RMA-ed one a year or two ago - of course you have to verify the Serial Number is real first.

Not bad price for 128GB card...

Haha - in that rather odd video his trust has risen for SanDisk and gone down for Kingston - my fake card was branded a SanDisk Extreme. I have had occasional problems with purchases on eBay (and Amazon) and every one was resolved with the help of eBay and PayPal (Amazon too). Last week I won an auction on eBay for a brand new 64GB Panasonic V90 SD Card last week for £55 including shipping and this sells on average for £190 (£229 at Jessops!) and £150 on Amazon. Naturally, I was anxious to know if I'd bought a fake. It passed the tests with flying colours.

PNY are a good brand they just aren't as mainstream although this is obviously a more budget orientated as card.

Can only speak about myself , bought 5 ssd from them and they arrived next day and cheapest around so bought the sd card too. Previously bought the supposed original sd card and when inserted into my phone only shows 4gb instead of 128gb and kept crashing (fierce)

Unless it is a very well know high street brand selling them on eBay...the simple rule of thumb for memory is NEVER buy them on eBay! (y) Worth a 15 min watch and share, just for the educational value and effort of making people aware of just how bad buying memory cards from ebay can be! +1 they are still the current hukd fav and normally everytime @pavel76 posts his famous resident microsd card deals, they sell out super fast, however this is a brilliant ((yes a bit slow)) price for 128gb of very decent branded card for the money! All we need now is pav to find us a MM code again, for more off the PNY price! *** even though I have these and they are not mega fast, they are 128gb storage & brilliant for most devices, so get them while you can!

Business seller with only 44 fedbacks and 2 items for sale registered at flat nr 9... sounds like a joke or rather self advertising

I've purchased before from mymemory all working fine here Samsung 64GB Pro Plus Micro SD Card was retail fully sealed parkaging, this was back in december, the memory is in my phone now works flawlessly.

Ah, not sure I've seen any complaints before, although that speed doesn't seem good, warning for windows seem to happen all the time though

MyMemory are fake. I've bought from them the card is fake; the silicone is visible on the back of the card where it shouldnt be and tests showed that the card under performed by around 65mb/s and then had various reformatting issues.... and a warning from windows relating to the storage method...

Samsung Evo+ 64GB Micro SDXC U3 Card £14.99 Mymemory or Amazon with Prime
Found 6th MayFound 6th May
Great price :D

Yes it will work but maybe not for very long, you would be better of with a high endurance memory card for constant overwriting.

Good question (y)

Does anyone know if this would be ok for a YI home 1080p camera

If you alredy have a 64GB card then I wouldn't upgrade, but if you only have 32GB or lower card and need more storage, then this is a good deal. Performance wise, you won't see any real world speed increase using on your phone. It's more for cameras or hardware where you are reading or writing 4K film files etc.

Very good cards. Can't get much better than these.

not bad about £20 off. I think it's going cold because ... well ... it's expensive. And people think this is reddit and downvote what they don't like not because it's a good deal or not..
