Still a little wary of TheGameCollection after reading they've sold import games. No point saving a few quid if you end up with a game that you can't trade to CeX etc. if you don't enjoy the game.
I disagree strongly. Phantom Hourglass was a much better game than this.it never felt this boring or repetitive, world design was superior, music and sound effects specially were night and day superior to this one,in this game there is one Zelda tune playing on loop over and over the whole game,it's so annoying that I had to turn the volume dowen lol also Link's voice sounds awful in this game,in Phantom Hourglass there was some sense of exploration, this doesn't really give you that.
Had the NES version so an old-schooler here. This is a great idea by Nintendo who decided to please both the cult following of the 2D versions (TLOZ - LTTP - LA) and the 3D versions (cba SNES, Gamecube, wii, switch). I'm using to sulking like mad at frame rate loss in fps games online but although it's noticeable from time to time. Did it ruin the whole experience? For me, not in the slightest. Great game and glad i got the chance to play it as I missed the gameboy version and i liked the little nintendo franchise cross over additions (KIRBY!?). Additionally this has been £50 for a while now so £37 is heat for sure
20+ years ago a litre of petrol was around 70p and 20 cigs £3. A pint was £1.80. The average price of a football ticket was £5. Should I keep going, or do you get the point?
For another angle on it, Im playing it at the moment and I haven't a flipping clue what to do in it. Doing quite a bit of googling, over things like "how the hell was I supposed to know I had to put a bomb THERE??" But I've not played the original, so lacking a lot of nostalgia others might have. And it's adorable looking, so there's that.
