Heat!
Stay clear, please. Worst of the worst companies in telecoms!
Read reviews if in doubt
I want to buy a sim and stick £5 maximum credit on it which I can then use to send an occasstional text or call, like 1 text or 1 minute call a month so the £5 should last a couple years without expiring. I get that they'll still require you to send a text once a month minimum to keep the sim active and thats fine, can just set one to automatically send.
Awful , truly awful
Sorry in advance if this is a silly question.
I did not set up account with them online as they want too much personal information. For Lebara you just need an email address.
The question is.
1. How do I stop this bundle and payments if I decide to move back to Lebara (1-5 months)?
Also,
2. Can I have a few SIMs (and numbers) in one Lyca account? Lebara allows 4 SIMs per email. Lyca wants a number (not email) to register an account. Do I really set up a new account for every SIM in Lyca?
Thanks!
Lyca don't have accounts based on a user profile but rather each number is it's own account as you discovered. That's how it works with them.
LEBARA IS THE BEST
Edit: I got mine today, it took 30 mins before 5G started working but all is well it seems (edited)
I am on their 15gb @ 0.94 offer that was posted recently and had no signal at Amsterdam. Lebara works fine but Lyca doesn't.
Very smooth transfer.
I've used O2 before so know signal will be fine.
