Most perfumes out of stock
Had a quick look and Debenhams prices are always marked higher than everyone else to begin with. Pays for the staff and the stores etc.
They will tell you not, but when you buy the same item from somewhere like Boots/House of fraser/Debenhams, then compare that with these online efforts like Fragrance Shop etc, you will soon realise. Take Chanel Bleu (same edt), bought from online fragrance place, longevity of smell less than 1 hour, bought from Debenhams, lasted all day... Nuff Said (highfive)
Do fragrance store actually sell fakes? I was looking at ordering from there
Oh god. Stop. We've gone full circle on this... Loads of comments about this got deleted earlier. Stopppp!!!
@niceroundpound Thx :)
Which version, the edt or edp, will stay on you the longest? Far too many smellies only last a few hours before there need topping up.
@corrineleroy The fragrance notes are :- Top Notes Calabrian bergamot, Sichuan pepper Heart Notes Star anise, Nutmeg, Lavender Base notes Papua New Guinean vanilla, Ambroxan
Great Price !
Cardiff, city centre boots - the small one by the library x
Hi @Ploosh Which store was this in? :)
Wrong price they taken it off
Great price, ordered, thanks 8)
This is lovely stuff!!
Think I saw this in Superdrug for same price. Sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong
Nice fragrance this - good price :)
You underestimate the size of my body (lol)
£25.50 in The Perfume Shop. And it lasts for months because you only use a tiny drop. The deodorant lasts for months.
Oos online now
Is has more of a vanilla smell... edt is more summery and fresh :)
A little e45 and Vaseline go far
Got them as a present. Cant stand their smell. (poo)
Any codes for the perfume version?
£40 for me but still a good deal! Love this on my hubby, nice little late fathers day pressie for him :)
OOS online, but may be still available in-store
It's literally one click away? Don't be lazy. Also I wouldn't buy the scent if you've never smelt it, it's super sweet with vanilla notes.
The deal description has a purpose.
Description on House of Fraser website.
Pls explain the scent?
Code not working for me
code invalid ?
Here's from a different angle..
Very nice fragrance. EDP lasts long. Thanks
To be honest I forgot... but... I will give it a go tomorrow and report back.
Have u tried it yet? What did u think? Did u notice how much longer the scent lasts?
Aleays before. Oily skin holds fragrance better than dry skin
Before or after?
Thank you, received mine today.
Got mine - my niece (filled in the form for her) got hers on Saturday. It's a 1ml sachet. Haven't tried it yet! :)
Wow, I didn't know that, weird!! Not that I'm in the market for expensive foundation - I just buy whatever's cheapest!!
I heard that only Selfridges will be selling this so its bizarre that Debenhams are offering free samples!
:D :D (popcorn)
Same here dude (:I
Very true, Just every time I go I end up walking out of the store smelling of everything and having bought nothing :/
Hugo boss is pretty good for me or Prada. Wearing scent should be like choosing clothes. enjoy your journey. ;)
Anyone know of a scent that isn’t just a woody (sandal wood) or cheap synthetic base after 30 mins of wearing? Looking for a good one?
Heat. Nice scent.
This stuff is divine thanks for the share!
You sure about that
Back in stock!
Escentual we’re doing 25% off site wide last week so got myself Sauvage EDP 60ml for £46. Damn forgot to stick that on here. Not sure it lasts 10 times longer like coolwhip said but definitely a better scent though. And you can bet Dior will now reform the EDT for sure to make it a bit weaker than the new boy. Sauvage EDT is a funny one. If you smell on someone close range after spraying (and some dudes just go way overboard on the trigger) it smells disgusting. Almost repulsive. It does get better later though taking an almost Creed Aventus like vibe when smelled in the air (and you will smell it because it’s powerful). The EDP seems to skip that manky opening and go straight to the good stuff. Reminds me of Drakkar Noir a bit. And also reminiscent of Armani Code Athlete. Ambroxan likely. It does smell better than it’s closest rival - Bleu De Chanel - though. That smells oddly old person-esque to me.
I squirted myself with this and for some reason found myself driving across death valley in a stolen car so i could bury all my jewellery. Has anyone got lendsies on a metal detector ?
I have edt and edp. Abit over rated i think
It's not got £5 automatically taken off at checkout anymore i don't think?
Good find, around £49.36 with Zeek.
Blimey, you're going all out. Lol

£54.50 @ The Perfume Shop
Definitely agree. DIOR Sauvage Eau de Parfum is a better deal. https://www.escentual.com/fragrance/for-men/diorsauvage011/
I bet your wallet hates u
In some cases the old formula is best for longevity and silage. Im all for older bottles. Havent had any perfume turn yet..fingers crossed(excited) hope your post helps people realise why fragrance shop is cheaper than boots debenhams etc. Thanks
The fragrance shop is legit - the reason their stock is so much cheaper than any other high street shop generally is because it has old production dates. If you buy a fragrance from Debenhams it might have been produced in February 2018 whereas in the fragrance shop it may have been produced in November 2015. Most fragrances (especially floral or citrus ones) generally have a shelf life of about 3 years before they can turn weird and smell off. I honestly wouldn't let that put you off though, I've had two Chanel's from Debenhams turn and one Dior from the fragrance shop turn (all citrus/floral based) within 3 years so price paid or shop purchased from has little bearing rather than simply what it's made out of and if it's stored anywhere near sunlight. I also recently bought a citrus Guerlain online from fragrance direct for nearly half the price of the high street and the entire bottle had gone off within a week of opening it and it was almost four year old stock (got a full refund). None of the other 30+ non-cirtus/floral fragrances I own have gone weird or off regardless of age so I suspect it's just the type they are.
How about Comme des Garçons, the blue version I really like and it lasts ages. Only get it at Selfridges and online, makes it exclusive and expensive with it, so special they put it in a bottle that won't stand up!
Why spend so much on this when you can buy gasoline? Cheaper and smells the same, apart from a little hint of glue.
Hmm, I'm getting £76 (including the Teddy and chocs), only seeing a £5 off £50 spend.
This is still active. I’ve already got a bottle of this though so went for something different
Still active by the look of it. Is it nice??
Why has this been expired ?
Guess they've realised their mistake :(
£99 @ Escentual
It is £121!
I agree, it's not their fault if their market is stupid.
£41.60 @ The Fragrance Shop, code PREVIEW20, free delivery. 100ml £55.60
Ive had both the Eau and Parfum and they seem to last the same amount of time, on me anyway.
Yessss this is unreal aftershave. I’ve been waiting for a decent offer to get it for my fella because the price is usually ridiculous. If he had this on I’d snort his farts <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
