Send a parcel up to 10KG from £4.80 / 20KG from £6 @ UPS today

This seems an absolute bargain, 20KG for £6 is far cheaper than anywhere else. I've used UPS a number of times and as far as couriers go they are one of my favourites to deal with… Read more

This would be great, if only the ****** ebay buyers would pay for the items they win.

Every single supplier will have have bad stories, none are perfect

Read the reviews for the Tamworth depot. These idiots stole the phone out of the delivery box, I managed to claim my money back from Samsung, so just a word of warning. I'm sure there's lots of success stories but unfortunately not for me.

Worst delivery service. And very terrible customer service. My parcel spent 3 working days at the shop I dropped it off at. And they won't expedite the delivery even after acknowledging their own confusion. You are better off using snail mail

UPS, one issue in 15 years. Had the same driver on my route in that time.. Wouldn't go elsewhere for pickups.

Voted cold as UPS has to be worst delivery service going. Had so many problems with them and thier customer service is dire to go with it.

UPS provide terrible service. (poo)

Just be aware that you don’t usually get a receipt when giving a drop-off parcel straight to a UPS driver. This means that it’s first scanned when it first reaches the depot. There is a (low) risk of things going missing without trace using this method. At least in the drop-off shop they give you a receipt to prove you’ve dropped it off.

Poor experience with myHermes. Used to send low value items in spare Dell branded boxes... quite a few were "lost". After wrapping the boxes up to hide the branding, zero parcels were "lost". Better and more reliable service with UPS and DPD.

great finds thanks :)

I was wondering the same. FOund a comment above that says currently you can't change to a higher amount when you Pay & Print Instore

With Pay&Print, does anyone know if the standard £20 cover can be increased to £50 ? Signature option available ?

Tried this way yesterday so heat from me had no idea this print service in shop even existed and the price is great tho as said im used to ebays shutl and using ups for over 5 kg items this is definately the cheapest way for 2-5 parcels ie royal mail are a joke at anything over 2kg jumps to about £12-13.

Just a warning - the website quoted £32 for Global Priority as cheapest service for sending a parcel to Far East (collect or Post office drop off). The rate for the exact same Parcel Force service at the Post Office (instore) was cheaper but the Royal Mail option was even better - £17!

Wouldn't trust Parcel Farce to deliver a paperclip let alone anything of value or you expect to be there on time and in one piece.

still v expensive even with the code - parcel hero far cheaper

can anyone pm me a code please

It would depend on the size and weight but for a 2kg parcel the prices are £10.19 (48hr) and £14.69 (24hr) before discount. With the discount it would be £6.11 (48hr) and £8.81 (24hr)

What are the prices after the discount code? Parcelforce 24hr and 48hr please. I just want an idea of difference.

I must have been lucky as i have sent some phones RMSD that were overweight for the price i paid and no comebacks.

Trying to chase up a problem with Parcelforce at the moment - they really are useless (like everything connected to the Royal Mail). They make Yodel look good.

What do you mean? I’ve had a few eBay things returned because they were a few mm bigger than Large letter recently

Same old story, took mine a week to be collected. Hope yours is sorted now. Will never use again.

Does anyone know how to contact inpost directly? Parcel has been waiting to be collected from the locker for 4 days now.

Well decided to give it a go, parcel has been in the locker for over 5 days so far. Not impressed, I think I'll stick to Hermes Look at the visitors post on inpost UK Facebook page. Stay clear!!!

Inpost direct has a max height of 8cm, whereas Parcel2Go does not.

No, but if your parcel is small you can book direct at and get £20 included compensation. Has to be under 8cm x 38cm x 64cm.

How do I cancel this? I signed up but I don't wanna do it anymore

Not worth your time or effort

They use bits of polystyrene these days been doing this for four years only ever been asked to post things before or after 'last collection' and as the post box here is 9am weekdays and 7am Saturday mostly ignore that Same with posting at a post office post box over a mile away they can stuff that You don't get cube the first couple of months then one or two a week just do it when I am going past mostly and at a sub post office not the main one to avoid waiting You can also book 'holidays' so make sure you do that in the second half of your six month even if you are not going away

2nd year for me. Got loads of stamps I end up giving away. Lots of vouchers. You just need to be organised, keeping a diary helps. Inputting information is simple. I will continue as long as they allow me to

I have been doing this for a while and they dont ask you to post at specific time, except before end of posting day for me. Mainly letters or DVD boxes that go into letter boxes so i just chuck them in to the post box as i walk past, which i do several times a day any way. on the rare occasion, i have to post a cube at the post office, but again just be the end of the day. Sometimes it says before mid day but if you dont do so, it doesnt really matter. i would encourage people to do this if they walk past a post box any way or go near a post office so it doesnt take too much effort. It is a survey to help royal mail work efficiently and we all have a vested interest in this as we all want our letters and parcels delivered on time, and by doing these sort of surveys, you will help royal mail identify where the problem routes are and make the delivery service more efficient for us all. i am pleased that royal mail even care about making their delivery more efficient, so as customers who will be the actual party that will benefit, we should make an effort to help improve delievery. It is not about the stamps, so dont let this distract you from the true purpose (y)

ParcelHero have better offers if you need to send larger packages, its £3.30 odd to send up to 15kg using my Hermes, never had problems

It's only £2.79 for up to 2kg so I don't think it's that great. I use them a lot but not for parcels to Edinburgh as I have previously had problems send there with myhermes. Everywhere else has been fine

I never really understand the hate for Hermes. I’ve used them at work for 6 years now, have put well over 20,000 parcels through them and only had a handful lost or damaged - they’ve always paid out. I was hesitant at first given the amount of abuse on the Facebook page but you have to wonder how people are packing parcels. Most of the criticism seems to be people expecting delivery by a certain time - that’s not something Hermes provide. I know you get certain drivers that are bad but most parcels get delivered in 3 days. Then there’s the packing - you don’t simply wave some bubble wrap at your parcel. You have to wrap your item(s) 2 or 3 times, double box the parcel, and then use more packaging to cushion your item from moving around or being crushed in the post. Simply putting “fragile” on the front won’t cut it! I’ve sent crockery sets through Hermes, mugs, ceramics, glassware etc which you can’t claim for but, if you pack it correctly, arrives in one piece.

This seems like the price I've been paying for ages. How is it a deal? Seems like the usual price

MyHermes Black Friday Sale from £1.95 a parcel @ Parcel2Go
Found 17th Nov 2017Found 17th Nov 2017
Parcel2Go have reduced the price of there small and medium parcels (up to 2kg) to £1.95 as part of a black friday special sale.

What was it to start with? I vaguely remember the prices being only a fraction more?

I am using myhermes for last three years for all mybmedoum size parcels, had problems twice and they always refunded no questions asked. Better than Royal Mail in my opinion who will never accept they are at fault. Cannot recommend them enough, cheapest in UK for the service the do.

£2.34 including VAT for me?

Only a saving on a medium regular myhermes price. If it's a small parcel, you may as well use myhermes direct, as parcel2go,up to £20 insured is £2.75 + 2% paypal usage charge.

That's twice now, it's a TopCashBack review not HUKD ;) Wish in my experience is as review of how reliable they are at paying cashback as services offered..

I just used them for international courier to post a document (I suppose a UKMail van will turn up to pick up letter). My guess is that they batch consignments and hand over to a major courier company. I wonder how useful trustpilot is : they have 8000 reviews with 75% excellent or good. And the TCP review is outstdanding at 99.9% If these are to be believed.

As monkey said, use a broker its way cheaper.

Might not be the bargain you think. Just sold my old Lego UCS Millenium Falcon on ebay. Big 12kg lump of a set. Winning Bidder is in Turin, Italy. Parcelforce wanted £67 to send it + compensation top up to £400 at an additional £11. Via Parcelmonkey, same parcel, going to same place with Parcelforce is £21 + £4 compensation top up. Retail senders getting royally ripped off vs business rates.

I would stay away from Parcelforce . If miss delivery have to travel 20 miles to their office to collect. They only exist because of the monopoly in receiving parcels from abroad.

Why not save money by throwing your item straight into the bin or nearby river? Absolutely awful delivery company

Really ? I didnt know that, I have been using the £5 top up for ages now probably had over £500 of free deliveries now

Think u need to walk away and sit somewhere dark, preferably never materialising again. Works for the thousands prob millions that use it including me.

COLD. Signed up, gave it my ebay login details, went to 'ebay delivery' page and my sold items don't even appear. Its blank and states "you haven't uploaded any items". There is no way to even do this and the whole thing looks completely bogus. I suspect this is a phishing scam to obtain ebay logins etc so to anybody else thinking about it, AVOID ITS A SCAM!!!!!!
