I have the 2 x 20 volt Worx lawnmower and the batteries did not last very long the first time I used it, after the first cut it has been fine. I have 2 sets of 2.0ah batteries which also fit my drills, one set is enough to do my medium sized lawn. Much lighter than my previous Honda Izy petrol lawnmower, no petrol to fetch or store and less servicing costs.
I think 2Ah are fine, you can always keep your eye out for any future deals on a heavier duty battery and just check it will fit your charger. This was my original plan but I just don’t need that extra time I thought I would from the supplied batteries
This is a good deal and I have had one for a year. It does obviously depend on size of your lawn but this for me cuts front and back lawns with a battery change halfway through the second. Just keep the 2nd battery ready charged The inconvenience of waiting for a battery to charge is far better than having to nip to the petrol garage to top your empty can up. Oh and so much lighter to use, although some may think too light... Good find jay (highfive)
Mine came with 2 x 2Ah batteries, I find that if I'm in a bit of a hurry that by putting the 1st discharged battery on charge as I swap batteries. It gets about 50% charge by the time I've used the 2nd one.
Oh yes, I totally forgot how quiet this thing was.
