For 1TB? You could probably get 2TB for that. Are they allowing SSD expansions from third parties?

I know it's crazy but they did state these prices will come down as they will allow others to also make the device so at least they will be in competition with others. I'll get the XSX myself just for the 1TB, probably store a couple games at a time, usually play one at a time anyway till I complete. I don't have to install so many games either now with Xcloud, doing those Gamepass rewards is so much quicker when you don't have to install most of the games.

Just install/uninstall the optimised games on the internal and keep all your bc games on an external SSD. 'Like a Dragon takes up 36GB and Dirt 5 comes in at 65GB' according to Engadget, and regardless of console the internal storage always takes a hit after OS.

Just a shame about the small storage space on all these new consoles and the insane prices for the proprietary expansions will make this new gen very costly (in terms of sort of hidden cost). Series S comes with a mere 512gb ssd (498gb usable at best) with the 'X' having 1TB, 1TB expansion set to cost £220 RRP that's almost the cost of the Series S

Highly doubt Ubisoft lol, but CD Projekt would be a great investment. Might have to grab an Xbox down the line.

I usually pay no more than £15 or $15 depending which account i use, im not a fan of disc either so im only buying disc because its cheaper for now so going Gold was not an option for me at that price. I also usually get the platinum on AC games so i only need the base game for that.

Yeah it's a bit of a risk but might payout. To be honest I'm tempted to go for the Gold Edition from The Game Collection. It's £70 but cashback will pay out and it's effectively £65.81 after cashback. £65 is a lot for a game but the season pass is probably worth £20-30 anyway.

Both mine have currently tracked and listed as pending, i guess they may still get cancelled.

I was going to do this but I don't think the cashback will track. "PLEASE NOTE: If any promotional or voucher codes, including codes advertised directly on the Currys website or product page are used, then this will invalidate cashback on the whole order"

Does buying from Currys also give you the Bonus Mission - The Way of the Berserker like you get on Amazon and Shopto? edit I took the risk and ordered from Currys with the £5 discount code and hopefully 1% cashback and an additional £3 bonus off.

No game should be priced this much...

Indeed, but HUKD is a weird place. A Gold edition game like this, offering a large game environment to start with and then at least 2-3 large expansions is certainly not cold at £70. Watch Dogs Legion is another in a similar place and also available for £70. If op had posted a Switch or Switch game at 5% off or "adult toys or clothing" he'd have a super-hot deal on his hands.

Do we know anything about the DLC

Yes and in terms of business sense also. No brainer.

Thought I was haha

My only issue with 365Games is that you have to pay for preorders in advance and any change in price is returned as a credit, rather than cash.

Yes your right, it can also add HDR to backward compatibile games that didn't originally have any.

Cause of sony and Activision deal like ps4 can download updates before launch of next season

In other words typical sony I mean Activision tactics

Series s has HDR?
