Just trying the carrier on and it has no instruction leaflet. Would have been good as the pictures on the box don't help enough. Main problem is the small clip that's at the back by the shoulder, I can't reach

Was going to get this in navy however instore the black one was labelled incorrectly so got that. Shouldve been full price :D

Just curious, but what is so much better about the ergo ones? Do they have some unique feature? (New to the world of baby carriers)

Picked up a camo, already have a babybjorn but I am fully visible to enemies with it. Heat added.

My friend was about to buy tgw Ergo so i donated it to her. She agreed it was awful. (y) Buy the mothercare over the Ergo, but if your putting it on by yourself in week Baby Bjorn easiest to put baby in yourself. Just saying. Better still go try them all in shop and see for yourself folks. Like nappies everyone has a preference. If we all liked the same thing the world would be boring.

HOW MUCH (shock) does the baby come free with the carrier, not recommended by former users (horror)

Why would people sell it on? People would know its 3.99 as it would be advertised in the shop and online. Conning people isnt nice.

I don't think that. It's sad how you reached that conclusion.

Non left in swansea store..

Sad if you think people selling online don’t have a proper job !

No Matter how much you tighten or loosen it in a Corsa and a Suzuki xcross. It doesn't stay in place. Seems to slide upwards.

Agree. Brought the royal one too. So much better.

Full price in Ferring store.

Find it online. Once again, minimum £25 spend. Good deal but can't spend £25 just to get the mirror!

We have one in our 2014 Yaris & one in our 2015 Qashqai and both fit perfectly and are both very different sized cars.

Thanks for the info, really useful (though makes me regret missing an eBay deal for <£30 (mad) )!

I have the 360 but rarely use the front outward facing option. The bucket seat means the baby sits in the carrier like a chair which works well when they’re facing you as they hug your body but it’s a greater strain on your back when they’re facing out. Also, they can’t face out for long periods of time and can’t fall asleep facing out. The 360 also has loads of padding so you can’t feel the baby through it ie, rub their back to comfort them. If I was buying one again I wouldn’t worry about them facing outwards.

Good deal but really want the front outward facing option you get with the 360 variant.

Me too, bought one off eBay and the plastic buckle looked flimsy so I google what to loom out for. Got a refund and still reported them Ended up buying ours from love to be natural where we'd bough slings and the like. think I'll end up keeping ours to use with the grandkids.

Agree about the fakes. I bought a cheap one of ebay and the design was exactly the same but the stitching and quality of the fabric was clearly dodgy. I bought a genuine one the next day. I’ve kept the receipts to prove they’re genuifor when I sell them on.

This type of carrier is not so good and comfy for babies hips. Babybjorn is like the first.

We have this one and its pretty easy to strap on and comfy to wear. Baby can't face outwards but it is recommended because it supports the hips. Good price, I think we paid £50 for the last one at our local mother care a few months ago. Heat added.

Sounds good, looking forward to trying it out. We are moving on from ergobaby too My husband is 6ft5 so thought I would play it safe with the other one, or he will complain forever!

This particular model is normally £119.99 at Go Outdoors, but is currently on offer for £85, which is handy to know if this Black Friday code stops working!

Yeah, I got this one (Adventurer), and I'm loving it! I duffer from back problems, and this is so much more comfortable to use than our Ergobaby carrier. If it's any help, I'm around 6'3" tall, and it seems plenty big enough for me in the "large" position - and there's still an XL one if I suddenly grow a bit!

We picked one of these up for £70 at go out doors. Not sure if they are still at that price though.

Rated as one of the best baby carriers....

You're good with Google, you'll work it out.

if you're predisposed to the condition: a clinician will forewarn you before using this type of harness,or swaddling the child. A simple Barlow test can confirm any laxity in the joint. It's not that dangerous: but something to be aware of. The odds are relatively low of your kid getting a subluxated hip joint.

what is the risk? what's the prevalence of hip dysplagia in kids under 3 in the UK? what are the causes of it? are any ethnic groups more likely to have hip dysplagia? Your opinion is just that: an opinion. you can grade an opinion base on the skills, knowledge and understanding of those passing comment. The fact that you can't name the condition correctly puts your advice towards the bottom rung of those opinions.

All BB but the ‘original’ (not the one on offer here) have adopted the same ‘froggy spread’ as the Ergo... There’s a risk in everything.

Ok, I'll let you argue with yourself. Like many topics, there's no definitive evidence otherwise these companies wouldn't exist. However, in my personal opinion there's a risk and given the choice available there's no reason to take that risk. Choose something that mitigates it.
