Just a warning. Our experience the year before last at Drayton manor for Christmas was pretty awful. We had a pre-scheduled time to see ‘the big man’. There were five of us (mum, dad & three kids). We queued for over an hour in the cold and despite having arrived ten minutes before our allotted time, were pretty hacked off by the time we went in. The queue was outside and we were frozen stiff. When we got in we were rushed through. We had about a minute in the room with FC. The presents were terrible. It was all very poor. Also, many/most of the rides were shut. Not the magical time we were expecting.

Ewwww, too soon - we haven't even had Hallowe'en yet! Thanks for sharing anyway - have some heat! (party)

They shut all the big rides anyway.I think in November, same as Alton towers shuts. Their sleep over has no rides. It is classed as out of season. Personally don't rate the place thomas land isnt all its cracked up to be. But they havent stopped the thrill rides just because they have added a wowcher offer lol & for a santa style sleep over its pretty cheap compared with others.

I don’t understand why Father Christmas is only there til the 24th of December, has he got something else to do?

Great hotel

My cousin just went 2 weeks ago with 3 little ones and she only had good things to say about it. May be you just went on a very busy day.

Just in case you love standing in the queue buy day pass, if you want to go thru all rides buy season pass, else save your hard earned cash and do something else (I don't know, but some1 else here will advise) the q of cars starts before you enter the park which might take half an hour to an hour with your little ones desperate for loo. Better avoid all the hassle!

Can i just say thanks for the non confrontational way you replied a rarity these days on hukd most people start arguing!

yes you are right thanks :)

I think you should add 1 day family of 4 ticket, pass to me implies multiple entry but that could just be me. Heat added though as it is a good deal although they do a family of 4 ticket for £80 if you don't want the food and drink.

911 call the Chanchi!

I do get that, I and appreciate the work that all emergency service people do, but with the greatest respect, what did you THINK the job was going to involve when you VOLUNTARILY applied? food fights at a marshmallow factory and a few handbags at dawn? That's like a servicemen complaining that they didn't sign up to shoot people and be shot at?!?! The point is and remains, if you call the emergency services and no-one arrives, no amount of excuses and blame will appease, you said yourself that you're often busy with Facebook arguments, that's just not acceptable. My point was and is, that simply doing your job does not make you a hero, your actions do. Stay safe and next time perhaps don't dismiss someones experience as "drivel" as that's not really going to help your cause (y)

Are they testing a new ride or something? :o

Wow, you really showed your lack of reason and intellect with that little gem, I assume you're a cop too, you certainly have the right qualities :p Can you not read, they would have to call me back to tell me that they were intentionally not coming round so that I could tell a difference (y) Go sit in a corner and think about the next response, if you can;t keep it civil, ask your carer to take away your keyboard, theres a good lad (highfive)

Spoken like a true w@##€r. Let's hope when you or your family need their assistance you are more grateful

The map of the park u can obtain from the park is very deceiving, park looks massive on the map but in reality it’s not big at all you can get around in minutes first and last time I’ll go there

Wuntu is giving Drayton manor ticket with Attractiontix which is only 16.50 per person. our family of 5 would be over £110 but with this it’s under £90

how do you book it through wuntu? it dont come on the app?

Hi Can you get a payg sim for this wuntu app ?

Wuntu is £16.50 each according to op so works out cheaper via wuntu

Had a look at 12 and above is £25, 4-11 £20. If you are a family of 4 it's cheaper to book via the Drayton Manor website for £80 assuming you need at least 1 adult ticket. :)

Hello Can.some one help plz. These prices are for adult tickets what about the toddler ticket? If i buy two tickets through this link do i have to buy toddler ticket from their actual website?

Does access to the zoo usually cost extra on top of admission to the theme park? It's just I can get cheaper tickets into theme park using DDS discount.

Need to get eyes checked. Thought this was a deal for a drill bit.

Attraction tix have the entry and meal offer for £5 more

Just went here on Sunday, really enjoyed it with the kids. Despite warm weather queues were 10 minutes or less in Thomas Land (actually thought it was better than cbeebies land in Alton Towers). Its more for the younger kids than older teenagers although there are a few decent rides there. There were 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 children and we paid £115

Usual online price is £25, not much of a sale, i managed to get two tickets last week via buyagift for £36 using a promotion code.

It was a humans fault the incident happened at Alton Towers as it was human error which caused the crash and not unsafe equipment. Either way Drayton Manor have a death on their records. Alton Towers don't.

It was the kids fault not Drayton Manors.

Went week last Tuesday. There we're a few schools about but hardly any of them we're queuing for the larger rides so good ride count. Only thing to be aware of is G-Force and Splash Cannon closed and have been all season.

Any excuse to put Alton Towers down I guess...! The smiler worked as designed, but was overridden by human intervention...

I don’t think it is on everything unfortunately. I bought a couple of the Ask 2 courses for 2 people with a glass of wine for 20 quid after the tenner off. Had to do separate transactions but could use the code twice. Limited menu and can’t use on Father’s Day but they last for 10 months and can’t really beat that price

I think that's a bit far-fetched.. Why would they be do such a thing.. If anything businesses want to bring more revenue in.. Ramadhan at the moment is hitting summer peak times.. So you may find that it will fall in a few deals and event promos... Don't take offence mate... Or get paranoid :)

Couldn’t agree more. Went last week with a group of friends to find out some of the attractions (rides) were closed for maintenance which I was disappointed by. So if anyone is going, make sure that the rides and everything are open. Also look 👀 out for the weather

Agree as the current promotion is only for Access to the park over the next few weeks, whereas the buysgift one could be used to buy tickets for later in the year when it’s sunny and warm!

DRAYTON MANOR currently has a promotion on if you would like to go direct via them: 4 tickets for £80 I think the posted deal is a better option as it is a cheaper alternative

I went to Drayton manor on Tuesday and I can confirm it is ONLY armed forces who get free entry for the 2018 season. Emergency services get a discount with a blue light card. I also asked Dryaton Manor via their facebook page and they confirmed emergency sevices do not get free entry this year.

That article is from last year. The information from the actual Drayton Manor park website says it's a discount.
