This is a better offer for three 64GB as it beats the just posted offer for one from Picstop as the speed is faster. Fractionally more expensive

Voted hot! :Last time Ive checked, Netac was not meeting HUKD criteria, it seems they received lots of reviews lately, so allowed here. I have 3 of these, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. Can't say how good they are, as one is in my alarm camera and never looked if it actually records, one is in the tablet, I managed to transfer lots of movies on it and so far so good, and another one still sealed. However, I read about them, Netac is specialised on this kind of products since long time ago and seem they do good products. Better join Vipon, they give vouchers quite often there, I've paid £3 for 32GB and £8 for 128GB.
Nice one mate. Have a lovely evening. (y)
OMG, I mentioned in the previous reasons for cancelling the order on Amazon:"found it cheaper elsewhere", I've re-visited the page and it's become cheaper (lol) (lol) (lol) Bought it again and further saved money (y) I should re-post it now, being now actually cheaper than the box.co.uk one..you know what, I'll leave the ball to others and will drink a beer instead! Thanks HUKD's admins!
Guess what, admins deleted that Amazon deal because they found the one from box.co.uk(which I've just posted for the sake of it,even if showing only 3 units in stock) slightly cheaper, but honestly only marginally cheaper once delivery cost is accounted for. Before noticing box's total cost after delivery I cancelled my own Amazon order. Annoyed, now have to re-order it. I'll stick to Amazon for such small savings this time. Sometimes HUKD's rules are time wasting and annoying for actual contributors like us..
Would these work in a Nintendo switch?
Just chucked a Samsung 32Gb in the bin, that's why I was on this page looking for some. Dashcams hammer the life out of cards I don't use ordinary ones with them now, but the Samsung one was just from a Raspberry pi I run Kodi on, and is the first one I have had die other than where I have been using it in extreme conditions.
I can't say that I overly recommend this product. Or perhaps I'm expecting too much? The last two I bought lasted around 18 months before failing. The first failed in my dash cam moments before an accident caused by a third party. The second failed inside my Samsung Galaxy S9 unfortunately losing the last memories on camera of a beloved pet. I'm perhaps going to take a look at the Samsung or even Lexar brand next.
Thanks. Ordered 2 ;)
Yes, seems they've raised the price. :( Expiring.
Comes up at £ 8.49 for me
This one is not much more https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07NW8RPYN/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_kIybFb42ZH4YJ
Wished it had usbc, then would have been a nice companion for disk limited macbooks
Got one of these some years back been solid
In the past I have found that the majority of failed transfers were related to Antivirus software live scanning the drive when it's plugged in If it's a known safe drive I just add it to the whitelist so my software doesn't real time scan
I bought one for the same reason, hasnt failed me yet! :)
Yes, missed that part. (y)
I wish I could get this for my GoPro but it is limited to 256GB.
I think extreme pro is more "protected" against weather conditions such as minus/plus degrees.
Yes, I remember posting a couple of months ago. The extreme pro has 170MB/s where as this have 160MB/s Read speed. Which has gone up to £99 almost everywhere. Rest everything is almost same.
Oh yeah you're right that was extreme pro. Well it's still good price for this one.
looks like price adjusted to £12.99 now
Thank you for posting this deal, I’ve just purchased for my car dash cam, I’m presuming it will be compatible.
Good value if you need 2 seperate cards. If you only need 1 card though, Amazon have the 64gb version for £8.99 https://www.amazon.co.uk/SanDisk-microSDXC-Memory-Adapter-Performance/dp/B073JYVKNX/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&pf_rd_i=3581866031&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_p=e15e0137-54cc-4cc7-ad74-4fb4410de3b4&pf_rd_r=E9FXW1ARERVB5MB16EX1&pf_rd_s=merchandised-search-5&pf_rd_t=101&qid=1592769100&s=warehouse-deals&sr=1-1
But the picture is for a 128gb card so you've dropped on lucky as no one has confirmed they received a U3 card...
It actually is a u3 card that you receive as i bought a 256gb one
The product description is still for a U3 card which is incorrect.
Removed, took wrong description, sorry
Yes, would be perfect mate.
would this be ok for a Gopro 7?
haha my bad .. Life lesson .. always look 👀 up!
See the post above yours :)
Any good for home security cameras? Such as YI?
I use 1 of these in a cheap drone, and others in Yi security cameras - copes with them fine, but it wouldn't be any good for anything over 1080p - and it can barely cope with that with write speeds of only 10MB/s I'd been trying out a toshiba exceria in a gopro 5 last week, but that seems to drop a frame every 10 secs or so Best get an extreme pro or equivalent for 4k recordings
They have the A1 versions for not much more, just grabbed a 64gb one for £8.99
it is £13.54 when i click the link.
All gone i think, will expire :)
Not that price when you put in basket, for me.
Apologies for this being late. Jessops. But the deal literally ended the day after I bought it.
I haven't had many issues with mine, bought recently.
Have the issues with gopro 7 been resolved or does it still suffer from freezing and battery issues? Thanks
I would look at YouTube videos of Action VS Hero 8.
Thank you very much
It works but I would recommend using High Endurance Cards (usually expensive) which have better life span as Dash Cams need to do Loop recording. If I am making sense. :) From this POST , which are at great price at the moment.
Bought x 2 heat
Are these any good for dashcam
heat added. don't forget 3.3% cb on tcb as well :)
Cheers - just picked up three of the 64Gb ones for me and the old man
Great for those with dash cams I appreciate allot of people say they never had an issue with a normal micro sd but often if you look into it you may find that most non-endurance cards don't support dashcams so for something as important as a camera it probably worth spending a few pound more for an endurance card like this just for that peace of mind. Just my opinion don't have a go.
I got 2 of these @ £10.99 last month from Amazon. Aghhhhhhhhhhhh. They work well in my dash cams front and rear. No write errors or need to format on a regular basis.
Typical, I was looking for this a few days ago but went with another cheaper brand.
Agreed. Last sd card I bought was 512gb, I'd never go lower than that, pointless (y)
I use them for raspberry pis.
Yes it would be very ideal for dash cam
It can't be that ancient as it still gets used in some of the latest Android devices and the latest smart CCTV cameras.
Decent for dashcam?
It appears you should use a 64gb sd card for the camera you have. Further advice here https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/yi-lot-outdoor-ip-camera-full-hd-1080p-3453961#thread-comments
Thanks for the reply Brutes, very clear. :)
Thanks for that, yes it makes sense much appreciated.
Extremes are usually recommended for performance like read/write whereas Endurance is for life span. As dash cams need to do loop recording Endurance cards are highly recommended. If I am making any sense ...
Exactly what I was thinking, thanks for asking, need one for a dashcam... (y)
£8.68 delivered for a 16GB card without prime cold....
Thanks Op (y) , bought a couple of 32gb cards for security cameras.
Two hours in the car, £8 worth of fuel.... Naah, thank you, I wish it was little closer :) (for anyone looking to buy via that link bigger card for phone/camera - please don't, they are too slow, look for U3 A1 at least, like this one)
Are these any good for Dashcam? Yi smart Dashcam to be specific
£2.50 in boots Tooting.
Beware of fakes. Only buy from trusted sellers.
before buying, take look in ebay for evo +...£7.99-8.99 range
Posted this the other day (when there was no min order) tried to change and it got expired (annoyed) shame as it had some heat behind it
3 Pack for £14.49 @ Picstop If you need 3 (y)
No 4K, can get 64gb U3 for the same price nearly everywhere if your not fixed on a "sandisk"
Damn. ..just did ....as expensive for one.
Title needs changing, even in shows the price is for 2, most will not notice and will vote cold.
