The majority of playhouses do not require planning permission. However, permission is required for any building which covers over half the garden, which is not for domestic use or which is over 3 metres high with a pent roof or 4 metres high with an apex roof. Larger playhouses which are within 2 metres of a boundary and over 2.5m high (8'2") require planning permission. Some two storey playhouses may be over 2.5m high.
Platforms 30cm above the ground require planning. Just wheeling that out there. If your neighbours have it out for you, this could give them a [pathetic] excuse to ruin your day (or shorten the legs). Might be 50cm (I've seen both numbers) but this looks like it's above that too.
Enjoy making it to hot!
The pictures are deceiving, these are never as big as they look. Always best to measure it out with a tape measure to avoid disappointment.
Dog house for me when I've been naughty, again!! 🏡😁

Try a large shell. I often see tortoises using them as homes.
On so many occasions order clearance stock and a phone call 2-3 weeks later to say sorry item is not in stock. I don’t understand how your site doesn’t have up to date stock levels but then it takes 3 weeks after order to manually work out that the products out of stock. Maybe I should set up a website with products and say a month down the line they are out of stock. If I invest all that money right I could be on to a winner
Don’t order this! I ordered two for nephews at Christmas in September, delivery expected October. Took me until November to get my money back and I only got it back then because of PayPal. Customer service is a joke, item was not in stock and I had to call them to find out.

Anyone else order this a month ago to not have it delivered and be told it’s out of stock the day after it’s due!? I’m fuming! I only discovered this by calling them! Absolute joke will never shop with them again!
Would make a cheap log store, minor alterations for air flow optional.
All I ever needed for entertainment was a Breezeblock and a bit of an old bone. 😁
The same could be said about a normal playhouse......it's a big expensive prop for imaginative play (like we used to do before ipads took over).
There's literally nothing for the kids to do except go up the ramp and stand on it?
Now I’m wondering if I should make one of these out of fly-tipped pallets (lol)
Sorry, I thought you were literally saying the aesthetics were nasty, not that the actual build quality looks poor. I bought one of the TP playhouses with a slide they had around April, seems reasonable, it did require preservative treatment though.

There is nothing to report here. And don't even know where you came with 99%, lots of people are capable to build this, lots of people will pay a joiner to do it for less money and so on. Perhaps instead reporting, you should have posted a deal.
My Granda was a jack of all trades, he built us a brick ganghut in his allotment complete with a stove and running water etc ...we would sometimes nick off school and spend all day there or even sleep there in the summer.
I have'nt attacked the deal...you are very assuming, I actually voted it hot...get your facts right! I was mentioning an alternative way to acquire something similar for those that can't afford it. By the way you can report it all you like...nothing offensive about my comment...just a tip. Anyway how can you be so specific regarding 99% of the users...? have you commisioned a survey...?
so you attack this deal based on something thats not available to 99% of the users of this site Reported
