Mine has arrived. Bit of a squeeze getting the iPad into the case. It’s “rough and ready” - Bluetooth keyboard is effectively loose but held in by magnets. Pairs fine, lights up ok, charging cable included. It’s no magic keyboard but then it was also £10 / effectively free if you needed the separate bluetooth keyboard with the voucher (which is coming tomorrow). I’d rate it 6/10 but at less than a tenner 10/10! Thanks again OP and the poster who shared the voucher link! Oh and it’s a bit heavy. Good to use at home but can’t imagine taking it out.

Fortunately I already have the 2020 model. Worth giving the case a go for £9.99 for occasional use!

Looks like cheap and nasty but for 9.99 aint bad.

Yep i missed it as well

Microsoft Surface Pen - Black £46.99 at Amazon
Posted 25th MayPosted 25th May
Surface Pen is better and faster than ever, with tilt for shading, greater sensitivity, and virtually no lag to help you capture your thoughts and get more done.

Price reduced from 49.99 to 46.99

Have this one as a backup, great pen but I prefer the slim model. Unfortunately, slim model is rechargeable only, so battery life is short. This one lasts for months but it's heavier and feels different, not worse just different.

I ordered it over a month ago at this price and still haven't shipped.

I've had it in my basket for a few weeks but it said something about stock not being available at the time, so I didn't bite. It just came into stock and remained at the same price so I've ordered. I'm not complaining as I actually wanted the black pen over my old non tiltable silver one

Strange one. Cheaper than the other colours but has been this price since March 15th

Have the same ones. Can also recommend

Thank you :)

Had one of these, it was good until the adjustable height mechanism broke in a couple of months or use. But was easy to return back for a full refund. Got the non height adjustable metallic version instead.

Reviews aren't reassuring . . .

Personally I swear by these - cheap as chips and never had an issue with them. Have two at home and one at work.

Mind if I ask how long ago this was?

I was on about an expensive item like I stated. Value exceeded £1000 & was fine using the normal Customer service. I don't know what your situation was but from mine, I had never faced anything like that.

Exactly what happened to me. It wasn’t until I emailed h/o they would help. Their normal CS were useless

This is exactly the point. How is the user accountable when something goes missing through an amazon arranged return? Amazon hold the consumer accountable. If we are talking low ticket price items, amazon will refund you. If it is over £1,000, they will NOT help you. This happened to me. They are breaking the law by refusing a refund. And only after sending a letter to head office was it sorted. It also has zero bearing on your account standing.
