Thanks. I wasn't logged in when I booked unfortunately, their site wasn't playing ball on my laptop so I switched to my phone. I know payment pending in my bank doesn't mean I have a booking, but it means something went through. I'm currently waiting to chat to an agent so can leave the tab open while I do other things.
This has happened to me as well. Took a few days for the email to arrive. I emailed their customer services about it but it took a week for them to respond by which time I'd received the originals. You can log in and see your booking on the site if you're concerned.
I would have expected a few minutes. Have you checked your junk mail? If nothing, I'd get in touch with them and make sure there's no problems. You don't want to turn up and not have a room.
